I am a very loyal Rebecca Taylor customerI have spent countless dollars with this brandTheir clothes are basically my entire work wardrobe, until nowI recently purchased a jacket and after two wears it is falling apartI wasn't too concerned thinking that I would explain the situation to customer service who would replaceI figured that this was just a flukeAfter my first couple of emails sending pictures and describing the situation there was some response inquiring about the problemOnce it came time to exchange the item I can not get anyone to respondI have emailed over times and made countless calls to someone who will "call me back"It never happensI'm fed upThis was a $jacketBeware of this brandThey do not stand behind their expensive products

This company is the WORSE!!!!!

I have been a loyal Rebecca Taylor customer since 2008, owning $$$$ of their items. I live in NYC, so, I have always shopped at their store in Meatpacking and have always had a great experience there. Over the holidays they had an online sale going on. I took a look online and noticed they had a dress that I had purchased in a alternate color on sale for 65% off. I was so happy and excited, since the aforementioned dress had become a staple in my closet. I placed the order and anxiously awaiting to receive my package in the mail. This is when my prior positive experience went to s[redacted]. Upon receiving my package, I immediately tried my dress on. To my dismay, I noticed the lining in the dress wasn't not matching up to the outer shell, in addition, the stitching seemed to be VERY off on the bottom. I called their customer care expecting expecting an easy exchange, boy was I wrong! The first time I called their "computers were down" and they took my number and were going to "call you back", that NEVER happened. I called back for a second time and had to leave a message. The third time I reached out, I sent an email to their customer service address, NO response. I then had to call again for a bird time. The woman I spoke with was beyond rude. She told me I had to send it to their "quality care department", if the deemed the purchase defective, then they would replace it. If they didn't, then they would send it back. Then she had to gull to ask me if I could "just bring it to a tailor?". I couldn't believe it. I explained again how I own the item in an alternate color, which I love, and would simply like a replacement dress sent. Well, thats when she got really annoyed said if I wanted that as an option I could buy a new one in the interim of their quality control department deeming if my original purchase was indeed defective. She then told me if the QCD doesn't find my item defective they will send it back to me, so I would have two dresses. At this point I am beyond frustrated and asked to speak with her manager, who was "not" there. I called back several times and the mystery manager seemed to never be in. I sent the dress back (18 days ago) I still have NOT received a return and I've had to send out FOUR follow up emails since requesting status updates. It is a shame, I went from a loyal customer, to NEVER wanting to purchasing an item from them again, even if it only cost $1. This company is not worth the headache!!!!
