Review: On April 3 2014 I requested a reservation from Rebecca's Jolly Jumps for a Monster High Jump house to be used at a birthday party this coming August. Was told the total price was going to be $255 and that a deposit totaling half ($127.50) would be charged to my credit card in order to complete reservation. After giving [redacted] all the details of the location and my credit card number I was told I would receive a email confirmation of my reservation. Upon checking my bank account a few days later I saw that they had taken the full amount due of $255 out of account. I did not mind. I still have yet to receive a confirmation of reservation. I called on 5/1/2014 to have the location of drop off changed and left a message. On May 2, 2014 [redacted] called me back and left a message to call her. I looked in my bank account that evening to find a second charge of $255 pending from Rebecca's Jolly Jumps. I immediately called and [redacted] said the first charge didnt go through but I have proof from my bank that it did and refused to reverse the charges until they investigated. I said I was going to have my bank stop payment and that is when a male by the name of [redacted] got on the phone and stated he believed me and would instantly start the refund process. He called me back a few moments later stating he did the refund and I should have an email from paypal in my inbox. I have checked over the past several hours to no emails. I feel like I am being scammed and upon further research have found several online reviews stating similar treatment. I have yet to receive any email from the company about a refund on the second charge or the confirmation that I do in fact have a jump house reserved for my party date. There has been no written contract between myself and Rebecca's Jolly Jumps.Desired Settlement: I would like the second charge of $255 to be refunded to my account immediately and I would like confirmation that I have paid for their upcoming services for my event. Or I would like a complete refund of $510 (the first charge that was completed and removed from my account and the 2nd charge that is still pending).

A request for refund was submitted on the same day we spoke with the client. We did apologize for the error and we reacted promptly. We have been in business for a very long time and we are licensed and insured. We are not in business to scam anyone. I don't see anything online that says otherwise. We are dissapointed, because Mike processed the request shortly after the call with [redacted] (see attached) and was asked to call back if she did not receive an email from Paypal regarding the refund. [redacted] never called to state otherwise. Please remove this complaint from our file. Thanks
