LETTER OF COMPLAINT, REBEL KULTURE CLOTHING STOREI am submitting this letter of complaint against Rebel Kulture for deceitful operations against consumers. I placed an order with Rebel Kulture on November 14, 2014 for a shirt. I received email confirmation that the funds were deducted from my [redacted] account. I also received email confirmation from the company under order# [redacted] in the amount of $50.15 with shipping of $9.65. The email did not state when the order would be processed. I never received any other email correspondence, so I attempted to contact to the company on several occasions to no avail. The contact number takes consumers to a text message system that states, You have reached your friends voicemail on text me. Please leave a message and your friend will receive it within seconds. Thanks for using text me, the free texting and calling app. My fianc contacted the company through [redacted] and received a reply message that the order was already shipped and that I would receive a tracking number soon. Again, no tracking information was received and then all communication ceased from the company. I ended up contacting [redacted] to request a stop payment. [redacted] also tried to contact the company with no response and have refunded my money.Desired SettlementI request an explanation from Rebel Kulture & to make consumers aware of their practices. Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter on 1/25/2015. As of 2/23/2015 we haven't received the product.I ordered one of Rebel Kulture's [redacted] sweatshirts for my daughter. Their website states that it can take up to 15 days for product to ship. At about 20 days I sent an email to the company, since I couldn't find a phone number on their website and hadn't received an email that the sweatshirt had shipped. I waited another week and again sent another email and still no one has contacted me. We received an order confirmation of the cost of the sweatshirt for $50 and shipping cost of $9.90. Naturally my daughter is extremely disappointed. Normally I check companies out before doing business. Unfortunately I listened to other people to relax my way of doing things and obviously got burned. It's a shame that there are so many dishonest people in the world. Desired SettlementI want my $59.90 back in full!
