Hi MY Name is [redacted] Owner of Rebel Music ....I received a phone call from my oxford location the clerk said that a customer wanted his money back for a microphone purchase I told him we have a no refund policy I was not told about customer wanting to exchange for other product And I didn't say, we didn't have the money We DO exchange for other merch If the product is new in box or wrapper please have customer call me if he has any problems We all ways strive for customer satisfaction.Thank You [redacted]
