I am responding to a claim sent to me by the Revdex.com concerning complaint ID [redacted] When we worked at this address, [redacted] was our contact for the sealer job, and it was [redacted] who paid for the workI do not understand how somebody else can file a complaint other than the person who paid for the work.We received a complaint from [redacted] that there were a few small cracks that did not fill properly, so we went back and sealed the cracks to her satisfaction, Later she called and requested that we brush seater over the crack filler, which we did for herI did not see any problems as a result of rain.We never requested payment until she was satisfied with our workAfter we brushed sealer over the crack filler (which we never received a request to do from any other customers in our 4o years of blacktopping) she paid for our workWe originally paved the driveway for her in 2009, and sealed the driveway in She was familiar with our work and our companyin March of this year, she was very disrespectful when she called, complaining about her driveway having a new crackWe never expressed or implied that sealing a driveway will prevent future crackingThe driveway is years old, as asphalt ages, it will crackNobody can guarantee that asphalt will not crack. We have provided a sealed driveway to her satisfaction in 2015, and feel that we have done more than should be expected to satisfy a customerIt is not our responsibility to provide free crack filling, and we will not work for disrespectful customers who have unreal expectations.Sincerely, Reber & Zerbe Enterprises

We originally paved the driveway for her in 2009, and sealed the driveway in 2012. She was familiar with our work and our company. in March of this year, she was very disrespectful when she called, complaining about her driveway having a new crack. We never expressed or implied that sealing a driveway will prevent future cracking. The driveway is 7 years old, as asphalt ages, it will crack. Nobody can guarantee that asphalt will not crack. We have provided a sealed driveway to her satisfaction in 2015, and feel that we have done more than should be expected to satisfy a customer.
