To whom it may concern, The home at *** ** *** *** is owned by brothers*** and *** ***I was invited to provide information as to what was need to make the home saleableThere were no closet doors on the property, no framing that would hold closet doors and it needed the
basement floors Painted and basement walls were not paintedIt also needed just general freshening up The appraiser priced the home at 78,000,I twas appraised by an FHA appraiser for only 61,The sellers agreed to accept that amountThe buyers purchase was marked down from 78,to 61,The buyer saved 17,000.00 The home did pass an FHA inspection and appraisalWe did control the remodeling of the bedrooms and the cleaning up of the basement areaThe contract was handled and signed by the Sellers and ***l ***.We were paid for the construction and management,Thank You*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:My house at *** *** couldn't have had an fha inspection.if so we would've been notified that the roof was totally damaged and not able to b insured.since u painted the basement u ***)knew the foundation was not ready for my family to move in there is a crack in the wall of the back of house that's so big water's comeing thru .also fha jst did an appraisal not an inspection like u said we would hve and that being the reason I dint have my own inspection donelike who goes behind the government and say different.*** u lied to me and my wife and for r first time home owner experience has been nothing but bad memories since I've moved in and it shouldn't have been.I want and will pay for my house but u told me that this house would b move in ready and with the damage that's being found the house was not move in ready no way fha passed inspection with a dammeged roof that couldn't b coverd by insurance.I just want my money back for the things I've had to fix/pay for that I shouldn't have had to..roof/Ac unit/foundation I had A foot of water in my basement this past weekend and I've only been in the house a month..we had an agreement that this house *** *** *** would b ready for me my wife n two children to move in and it wasn't.if that's not a lie r scam I dont kno what is.I just want everything to b rite.im not trying to get over on u but I can't say the same about u

RebiltL.L.C.Played a very limited role relating to work done on this propertyRebilt received a list of required repairs from the owner to prepare this home for saleThe punch list did not include any matters relating to the roof or the foundation,except for painting the basement and the basement floor.The heating and air conditioning as well as the hot water tank were al installed new by the seller I have told Mr*** that if he would contact the seller they couod provide him with the warranty information on the Air and if he is having problems,the warranty should apply since the unit is new.The contract stated that the house was sold "AS IS" with all faultsMr*** was also provided the opportunity to inspect the property under the terms of the contract and determine whether there were any problemsThe house definitely had an FHA appraisalIt was an FHA Loan,so it could not have closed without an FHA appraisalThe appraisal us not however, an inspection to determine whether there are any problems with the property.It just notes the general condition of the property and the value of the propertyIF THE APPRAISER OBSERVES OBVIOUS PROBLEMS,THEY ARE NOTED IN THE APPRAISAL REPORT AND ARE REQUIRED TO BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO FUNDING OF THE LOANThe certified FHA appraiser who conducted the appraisal of this property was *** Thurston of Appraisers Group LLCTo my knowledge he made no comment of obvious Problems.I do not know why Mr*** considers me to be responsible for the condition of this houseThe work that we performed was done properly and Mr*** is not complaining about any of the work that we did If he feels that he has a claim regarding the condition of the property, he needs to address that with the seller of the houseThe sellers names are *** *** *** *** and *** *** *** ***I am sorry that Mr*** is having issues with the house,but I believe that the house was a good valueThe appraiser reduced the house by 17,Less than selling priceFHA appraisers have the power to do that, just as they have the power to make any requirements about the condition of the home.Any issues with the A/C it should be under warranty and can be resolved, if he will call the Seller to obtain the warranty informationThe roof was not leakingI am unable to make any suggestions regarding that problemI had no knowledge of any water problem in the basement and I do not know what, if anything that the seller knewI suspect that that some of the problem, is the unusually wet spring that we have had,Thank you, *** ** ***
