I contact this company due to an order I had placed and there was an issue with my credit card. The associates I spoke with gave me the instructions, stayed on the phone with me to correct this issue. She stated I needed to click the reorder button for my purchase to go through. I received the product a week or so later. Then I receive a second order for the same item. I did not want a second order. I contacted the company spoke woth the same girl I did the first time. She gave me the number to call someone else. That woman stated the associate would not have made a mistake like that told me to call that first assoicate back. I then called her back and had to repeat everything once again. She would place me on hold for less then 1-2 minutes and come back trying to state there was a miscommunication somewhere and they were willing to give me a credit for the sale item. I stated mutiple times I did not want a credit I wanted a refund. I was told on the phone by the associate that was contacting FashionGo, and would contact me back. It was two days later. I was unable to answer the phone. I received a few emails stating they would not pay return shipping and I would be better off keeping the item and selling to my customer and if I choose that they would refund $8. I have emailed them back ststing that was not want I wanted, gave my expecations and have not heard from anyone again. They spoke very rudely to me. I will never purchase from them again. I did advise them I was making a complaint with the Revdex.com. This was a mistake on their side yet they wanted to place the blame on the customer.
