I am rejecting this response because:
I've noticed from all the other reviews left on various sites talk about how she's a compulsive liar and says they did what was in the videoFirst of all they took out the old insulation and told me that they don't put new insulation in that if I wanted it and didn't call the company I could go buy it at *** *** and they would put it in as a favor to me as long as I didn't call the company. I did have to go and purchase the insulation.The salesman Mike told me they were going to replace feet of tile I will have the bathroom torn down to prove that they remove two rows of tile is all they took out less than a footHe told me if there is water damage under the tub and put a new piece of plywood they did not do that and there was water damage they were going to use the old insulation the wet insulation in the wall unless I went out and bought some new insulationAlso in the video it showed how they spray with this anti-bacterial mole foam they did not do that.They did not use the proper sheetrock that is supposed to be used for bathrooms.I would have never known if my neighbor didn't mention it to me when he saw them putting in the sheetrock.Those are the major complaints I would be more than glad to have it ripped out to prove what a liar she is.My wife is highly allergic to mold and this is the reason I went with the company because of the mold resistant formula they told me they were going to treat the walls with which they never did.Also as far as the financing the finance company sent us a credit card which we were never told by the company that this was going to happenThe credit card had the money that was owed on the credit card and a charge of 29% on the balance of that was owed and we Finance at 0% interest $6,When when I called the company and spoke to the senior sales rep at Jay he told me that this is a problem the company has and that the salesman should have told us about this credit card that would be coming they also charged the $activation fee.That salesman Jay left the company.The salesman Mike that I had talked to told me he was going to look into these problems and get back to me he did not the owner left a voicemail saying that everything was completed correctly, she knows it was not.Yes I was upset with her on the phone because she kept denying everything I tried to say and wouldn't even let me get a word in and she did hang up on me.I have reached out to some of the other clients if they have done work for Laughs horrible reviews and ask them to join in on the class action lawsuit which they all have agreed to do I have hired a lawyer.It's ironic how there are so many dissatisfied client and so many poor reviews and this lady continues to lie to all of us.My complaint is not with the bathroom looks like when it was done it's what's behind the liner that wasn't done.They told me was going to take days to install because they skipped a lot of these steps they had it done by o'clock that afternoon.I am angry at myself for not checking all the poor reviews that they have received had I seen that I would have never hired them.This company needs to be held reliable for the poor insulation and not completing what was told to the customerThey should not be allowed to operate and continuously ripped off so many people.Thank you for your time let me know what the next step is.And as you can see from the form my wife did not sign the Top Line because she knew there were some things they didn't do
As you can see from the pictures they didn't have any insulation on the truck nor do they have any anti bacteria mold resistant formula to spray and told me they didn't even know what I was talking about when I told that to them.I will have to send the photos another way because they are to big to get from my phone

owner "a foreigner/a pathetic person" amongst other insultsHere is the list of his complaints in which we have already addressed on multiple phone conversationsIt has been explained that we are the only NJ DEALER for the manufacture and that all of our crews are sent to Chicago to do the trainingCustomer continued to make racial remarks which have really no impact on the workmanship1) customer claims all tiles were to be removed - Mark of excellence explained to customer that is only up to feet as showed on manufactures videoOwner offered to conference manufacture so he can be advise of it but customer declined2) customer upset in regards to his finance agreement - Mark of excellence explained that we offer different type of paymentsa) Cash payment which customer opted out b) Enerbank financing which he opted outc) Syncrony financing which he filled out his own application and all terms and conditions are explained in the formDue to Syncrony not approving the loan with only his name on it, he asked for his wife to be included and Syncrony was able to give them loanWe don't force any customer to use any finance company as we lose more income that way, given that we take care of the fees3) In regards to the mold - As per video we use a specialized spray to avoid the moldAlso something manufacture could confirmIt has been explained to customer that the company has reviewed all of the picture and all installation has been done correctlyOur company also has a quality audit in which his wife explain that Mrwas not home but that our employees were very courteousI will be sending *** all pictures along with quality auditMark of excellence will continue to answer customer questionsThank you
