This Roof was initially installed on 3/28/on completion I will agree there was some deficiencies that needed to be addressedWe then returned to the home and replaced and repaired the areas of concernAfter attempting to collect the payment at the time the customer said he would not pay
until we replaced some flu stack collars ( of witch he elected not to do originaly and elected to keep those funds provided by the insurance ) but then would not pay until we did themWe then yes reluctantly replaced those items that were not paid for by the customer, in an effort to maintain customer serviceWe then attempted again to collect final balance for work completed, However the customer then had another list of items that he felt were not done properlySeeing the pattern that was beginning to take place. We offered at that point to have the shingle manufacturer come out to the property and inspect the work, and what ever deficiency or labor problems they found we would address them per manufacture recommendationsIn the event that they found no problems we would expect payment in full. At that time the customer told me to get the*** off his property he did not trust me or the manufacture he just wanted me to give him his money back. At that point he would not even have any further conversation about it and said we would hear from his attorneywe then waited to hear further but we never didSo yes there is still a balance owed, we attempted several times to address his issues, he refused to let us have it inspected, and we were not allowed backAt this point unless we are allowed to have the manufacture come and inspect his roofI do not feel that his resolve option of his money back is at all validIf we are allowed to have the manufacture inspect the roof and he would like someone else to fix the problem ( if any are found ) then we will cover that.

until we replaced some flu stack collars ( of witch he elected not to do originaly and elected to keep those funds provided by the insurance ) but then would not pay until we did them. We then yes reluctantly replaced those items that were not paid for by the customer, in an effort to maintain customer service. We then attempted again to collect final balance for work completed, However the customer then had another list of items that he felt were not done properly. Seeing the pattern that was beginning to take place. We offered at that point to have the shingle manufacturer come out to the property and inspect the work, and what ever deficiency or labor problems they found we would address them per manufacture recommendations. In the event that they found no problems we would expect payment in full. At that time the customer told me to get the[redacted] off his property he did not trust me or the manufacture he just wanted me to give him his money back. At that point he would not even have any further conversation about it and said we would hear from his attorney. we then waited to hear further but we never did. So yes there is still a balance owed, we attempted several times to address his issues, he refused to let us have it inspected, and we were not allowed back. At this point unless we are allowed to have the manufacture come and inspect his roof. I do not feel that his resolve option of his money back is at all valid. If we are allowed to have the manufacture inspect the roof and he would like someone else to fix the problem ( if any are found ) then we will cover that.
