Review: On December 31, 2012 I purchased a rebuilder 2407 electronic simulator kit, conductive socks, and conductive gloves on the advise of my doctors at [redacted] of [redacted] for treatment of neuropathy. I was told that I needed to pay for the product first and then the company would reimburse me after insurance paid. My insurance company informed my that they would pay after the product was purchased. I purchased the product for the price of $816.14, which included $17.04 for shipping and handling. I placed numerous phone calls to [redacted] of West Virginia, and they finally paid Rebuilder the agreed upon price of $335.03 (Rebuilder is a preferred provider of [redacted]). I owe no copay since I maxed out my $7000.00 co pay for the year. The copy of my explanation of benefits is dated May 4 2013. In May of 2013 I contacted rebuilder, and was told to fax a copy of explanation of benefits. On June 3, 2013, I faxed a copy of the required information to Rebuilder. I have made 5 phone calls to the company and have been told I. need to speak to "accounting" and that they will call me back. They have not contacted me yet. I would like Rebuilder to send me the $799.01 that they owe me.Desired Settlement: $799.00 Rebuilder owes me in reimbursement

Review: We returned the "Rebuilder" product on Aug. 30, 2012 and we were told we would receive a refund because it did not work for my husband. We have an e-mail about a delay on our refund dated Oct. 25, 2012. We have called about once a month since that time to no avail, though they appear to be still doing business.This was a very large investment for us on a fixed income and would appreciate your help.Desired Settlement: We paid with our ** $499.00
