Review: I was in the [redacted] area on business between Dec 9th and Dec 20th 2013. I became ill and went to a walk in clinic. They refused to bill my insurance and then when the doctor of the facility came in for less then 5 minutes - doing absolutely NO medical procedures or work up on me told me that he could/would not treat me because of my serious chronic health condition that I receive treatment for at the [redacted] in [redacted] Minnesota. He told me to go to [redacted] and buy peroxide and put it in my ear or go to the ER because he would not treat me - period. I have worked in healthcare for 25 yrs and I know MY rights. I am NOT going to pay for services that were NOT rendered. So by all means report to ALL credit bereaus - I DO NOT CARE! I will report your collection company along with the walk in clinic that turned me away to the Attorney General Office as well.Desired Settlement: Do NOT send me anymore letters of collection. Do NOT call or contact me or I will report as harassment. FInd out your facts before you send me threatening letters! I have returned 1 letter stating the same thing and I now will be returning the letter I received today as well. I do not owe PATIENT first any monies.

They never send a letter of statement in mail. They are very little help on the phone and hung up on me. They stated my credit would still get destroyed. This after Patient First send account after only one bill .
