Our office has received, read and reviewed complaint . Our system does not show an account for [redacted] located @ [redacted]. Even old and paid in full accounts, I would be able to retrieve them in history files. There is  no record of Receivable...

Solutions Specialists, Inc. ever having an account for the above customer. If customer had a bill that she paid off and it still showing up on her credit report after 4 years she can contact the credit bureaus to dispute charge. Without an account number there's really nothing we can do. [redacted] needs to contact credit bureaus for an account number and correct client contact number for the said charge. If customer can provide Receivable Solutions Specialists, Inc., with an account number that will be a good start.

I have received notification of a complaint filed against Receivable Solutions Specialist, Inc., by a consumer you assigned and ID of [redacted].Consumer ID [redacted] complaint states that he received couple of voicemails from collector [redacted] with Receivable Solutions Specialist, Inc. regarding a past...

due balance of $31.00. He then called in spoke to Supervisor [redacted] who informed him that the bill was pulled from collections in the amount of $31.00 and should have never been acted upon on. Receivable Solutions Specialists, Inc. management nor staff would never threaten to put a charge on a consumer credit report after informing them that the account should've never been sent to collections. However, Receivable Solutions Specialists did contact [redacted] for verification as promised to consumer. [redacted] did confirm consumer's insurance did make payment in full and has closed account and a detail copy of bill will be mailed to consumer as requested.

Although I am aware, and appreciate, that RSS has resubmitted information to the credit bureaus, I am rejecting this response at this time. I am waiting for confirmation that the Derogatory Entry has been completely removed from my credit reports as I have requested in Equifax Dispute Confirmation Number: [redacted] . I have already received one free credit report per year per agency to which I am entitled in order to determine the details surrounding the Derogatory Entry brought to my attention by the mortgage company reviewing my loan application. Hopefully, the dispute resolution process with Equifax will confirm the deletion. The cost of requesting of potentially more than one credit report from Equifax, and others, at various times to determine if, and when, the Derogatory Entry has been removed is an additional onerous burden upon me. I have already had to prove my innocence of the alleged debt in the face of the guilt presumed by the credit bureau system including Equifax. When I have received definite confirmation, in writing or electronically, from Equifax that the Derogatory Entry has been removed then I will be ready to accept the response. I understand that RSS cannot control what Equifax does; however, they must accept responsibility for the report that created the Derogatory Entry in the first place. After three years lying unresolved, it is not unreasonable for me to expect their continued attention to this issue until it is finally, and completely resolved.

Upon investigation the account has been paid as of November 2013.  The Credit Bureaus were informed that this was paid and should have been deleted from the consumer's credit report.  Our office has now submitted again an immediate deletion of this account through [redacted].

On September 24, 2012, Our office received unpaid bill from [redacted] on patient [redacted] *. [redacted]  for his date of service of October 10, 2011. On September 26, 2012 notice was sent to patient regarding unpaid balance along with outgoing calls concerning unpaid bill. On November 06,2012 balance of $50.00 was reported to the credit bureaus due to non payment. On November 26, 2013 a little over year after account was reported to the credit bureaus, we received payment in full of $50.00 from patient. We assured patient that once we received payment in full we will report to all three credit bureaus requesting deletion. On November 26, 2013 same day we received payment, we submitted account to all three credit bureaus for deletion. RSSI takes pride in helping consumers become debt free. RSSI did its part by reporting account to the credit bureaus same day payment was received. However it's (all three) credit bureaus job to update their system accordingly.

I am rejecting this response because I disagree with some of the information presented in the previous response from RSS. As I proved with the confirmation copy of the electronic transaction previously attached to this complaint, I paid $50 to [redacted] on 9/7/2012. This fact is further validated by the fact that [redacted] mailed a check to me for $50 which was dated 4/2/2014 to refund the second $50 that I paid to [redacted] of RSS during my conversation with her on, or about 11/23/2013. During that same conversation, [redacted] told me that the bill for the $50 had been addressed to [redacted] and had been returned by the post office. I asked her then to correct her records to show that my address is [redacted]. This may have been the notice that RSS says they sent on 9/26/2012. As far as I know, no phone calls came to me regarding the unpaid bill. Referring to the current attachment that is an excerpt from the Equifax credit report on me, the Date Assigned for the Derogatory  Entry is shown as "09/2012"; however, the date reported is "11/2013." I addressed the Derogatory Entry as soon as my TrustedID credit monitoring service brought it to my attention. When I was on the phone with [redacted] in November of 2013, I did not have my records in front of me. Rather than prolong the discussion, I agreed to pay the $50 alleged to be due with a debit card thinking that this would resolve the matter in November of 2013. Here we are in September of 2016 and the matter is still a point of contention between RSS and me. Once I receive confirmation from Equifax that the Derogatory Entry has been removed from my credit record, the complaint with RSS will have been successfully resolved.
Regards,
