[redacted] Response: We had an issue on our website with an item being price wrong. We have automatic pricing at a percentage mark up. Our website company tells us that this product got listed twice somehow and the second listing was zero. We have our pricing model to round up to .99 on all items. So this item became listed as .99. We caught it and sent emails to two individuals and immediately refunded the full amounts. The one customer was understanding and that was the end with him. However the customer who filed the complaint order the second order and sent emails which I would like to send you. I will try to copy them in this response. Our website clearly states that we nor our website company our responsible for pricing errors as well as other errors. I will try to send the emails here now. Let me know what else we need to do.
