Couldn't be more disappointed with this Recollections
My family is attending a function this weekend and placed a large order with Recollections for Civil War period clothing, the order was placed months ago to allow plenty of time for manufacturingI placed calls to the company checking on status of the order during the weeks following the initial order, each time, I was told "I'll check with our supplier and return your call", I never received a callYesterday, I received a call from Recollections, stating that they could not supply the dresses that were orderedWhen I expressed how frustrated I was with the situation, I was told "don't shoot the messenger" and frankly, could have cared a less that our event was in days and we had nothing, even after trying to check on the order
Buyer beware, I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company to look elsewhere, they are unprofessional & disorganizedNever again, we learned the hard way
