I am rejecting this res*onse because:I had nothing to do with the Odessa Issue you mention and to connect it to me&nbs*;I consider to be&nbs*;Libelous and is an attem*t to mislead.I was too busy with other contractor's to have had such a long conversation with your driver.Two *iles of caliche feet (yards) by feet (1/yard) with a foot *eak height (1/yard) is what was delivered and you call cubic yards of material.The Com*any ownershi* statement&nbs*;is misleadingThe name and locations&nbs*;may have changed in the *ast, but not the true Cor*orate ownershi*.You Don't Change the Tele*hone Number.The fact that you Fired your Manager tells a lot about your Cor*orate Business AttitudeYou have gone through a few managers I have heard.Your Fired Manager gave the same res*onse of the Honesty of your Loader and Driver.If Mr*** *** *** is The Manager, "How many managers do you have?"
The Video evidence you claim (to almost have) would only be of your yard and Not Show the driver making a Delivery(More misleading information)
I have&nbs*;not received an Invoice from Recom Resource Recovery, only a delivery ticket from Recom O*erating (a se*arate Trucking Com*any with common Cor*orate Ownershi*).Regards,

I do not remember divulging com*any ownershi* details, so I have no idea what the rant about that was all about. We reserve the right to have unlimited em*loyee turnover. My driver and my loader would be ha**y to take lie detector tests. My business ethics and those of RECOM are im*eccable. There are an almost infinite number of losers out there.

the o*eration intimately, as well as all the em*loyees. <*>The facts as stated regarding the ordering and the delivery are correct. My loader o*erator has been em*loyed here for about 8 years and knows his job well. The driver of the 15 yard dum* truck has worked here for 4 years and is our best driver….he is often asked for by name to make deliveries and is often ti**ed. <*>Both men say that the amount loaded and delivered was 15 yards of caliche. The customer met the driver at the delivery *oint and the driver dum*ed the load. The driver then said that he talked to the customer for a while, that he was very friendly, gave him a check as *ayment, and shook his hand and gave him directions on how to de*art. He also told the customer that he did not believe thast the 15 yard&nbs*; order was enough materialto fill all the holes he wanted to fill. The customer &nbs*;was clearly aware of the size of the *ile of caliche sitting right there. There is an obvious difference in the size of a 15 yard *ile and a 2 yard *ile. Three or 4 days later theRECOM manager received a call from the customer claiming he had been shorted. The manager, who is no longer em*loyed by RECOM, refused to believe the customer’s story after talking to the loader and the driver. <*>About this same time another very sus*icious call came in to RECOM saying that an order of 100 yards of to*soil that was su**osedly delivered by RECOM to Odessa, Tx was inferior quality and needed to be removed from their site. We have no record of a sale or delivery of said material to that customer or site. That customer then called back and said that they could use the material elsewhere and that they needed an invoice to *ay for same. We send them an invoice to the address they gave us, (it is hard to argue with someone who wants to give you money) and it came back as a bad address. The mysterious customer then called us after several messages were left for him, saying that he would *ay for his 100 yards of material after we settled with the guy in Stanton over the 15 yards of caliche. Both instances are extremely bizarre and the fact that they are tied together is very sus*icious. My thoughts are that are *art of an effort to hurt our business for the benefit of our com*etition. <*>We have security cameras onsite with data archiving, and as soon as we can figure out how to access the stored ta*es we should be able to show the loading of the caliche. (The fired manager set u* the security cameras and set the *assword to access the archived data, and we cannot get in touch with him.) <*>I am convinced that the claim is without merit and ho*e to *rove so.
