New Home Warranty Not upheld.
Purchased a home on August 6, 2018 and this company and the company holds the warranty for the first 2 years. Each time I called for a repair I get negative feedback and I'm told from the owner what he's not going to do or he totally ignores my requests. There has been air condition issues that someone has come out to repair twice. There was an issue when the someone came out and it was just the breaker.

My current issues is one I've requested months ago and it's that there is a crack in the wall in the master bedroom. The owner Raul said flat out, he would not come out because it's from the weather and the house settling. The next issue is that the sliding door to the pantry/washroom. It will not slide straight. I have made the request, several times without any response from the company.

Desired Outcome

To come out and honor the warranty by fixing the issues with the wall and the door.

Since *** purchased the house, she has done nothing but request and demand in a very aggressive manner every single time.

You asked for grading on front and back of the property, which we accommodated and took care of it.

You asked us to clean the driveway (twice) and we did

You also asked our guys to help you clean the garage, which they didn't have to do but they did.

Then you called and aggressively demanded for a repair on a breaker, we sent a license electrician to find out that there were no issues and the breaker only needed to be switched into the on position. When you called, I asked you to check the breaker box to make sure that wasn't the problem and you confirmed it wasn't. I didn't charge you for a service charge considering I had to pay it out of my own pocket. Please note that this was not an issue that I should have covered. Every homeowner needs to know how to turn the breakers on and off for safety reasons.

The second time you called and again demanded very aggressively to repair your HVAC, we sent a license HVAC technician and we fixed the issue.

The third time you called (again very aggressive) was also related to the HVAC, we sent a license technician and we fixed the problem.

Then you called about a wall crack and a door that doesn't properly close. As far as I know, you don't have an irrigation system, so in the Summer the soil is going to contract and anything within less than 1/2" is considered normal. Feel free to validate that with a structural engineer. I highly suggested to install a dripping line along the irrigation system to prevent future cracks.

In regards to your door not closing, I spoke with the warranty company that we purchased and any minor repairs like a door not closing properly after a year is considered normal wear and tear.

The turning point for me was when you started INSULTING me when I explained to you that a hairline crack (considered normal) and a door repair from wear and tear is not something that a builder needs to fix.

I have been very kind and have been more than helpful with addressing all of you other requests, so I don't appreciate you writing a bad review - this is absolutely not fair since our reputation is outstanding and our clients can validate that.
