Started with taking a week course in dent repair.The class was nothing but me doing everything on my own without any guidance and him sitting and playing with his computer .The main reason I took the course was to learn how to use reflector boards outside,needless to say he did not even have one.Come Saturday I texted rob saying that I am not interested in second week due to cost and lack of learning anything which in return he promised that he would push and work with me harder and also on the coming Tuesday I would make money by working on a car Tuesday we drove for almost an hour to get to the car and worked on it with his sonNot only I missed a day of practicing on my own I did not received a penny either.All together I would not suggest this SCAM of the class to anybody who has any self worth.You will be DISAPPOINTED.If anybody is interested I be glad to send them his and my texts

specialized skill. Mr. [redacted] in two weeks of 1 to 1 hands-on instruction of PDR achieved a technician level competence by industry standards. His skill development was exemplary and he was making repairing on vehicles, including my own. His skill development is documented and he is well on his way to becoming a master PDR technician. He is welcome to avail himself of the lifetime refresher course guarantee, which is posted publicly, if he believes he has not received enough instruction. His complaints are baseless since I have proof of his skills development. I am disappointed that he has chosen this avenue to express his displeasure. I believe his issue may be the customer that sent him to training may not want to pay. We had a payment issue before I would agree to start his training which he resolved by paying for class out of his own funds. He now has demonstrated painltess dent repair skills so the exchange of funds for services rendered was transacted properly. I wish him well in his endeavors.

I attended the school in early 2016 after comparing to a few others decided this was the best option for me. I was never pressured to attend and some very valid questions to ask other trainers were presented to me. Instructor was very good at taking an inexperienced trainee and showing the basic skills and tools currently available needed to accomplish these repairs. I did not go there asking him to show me how to make money, I asked him to show me how to fix dents and what tools I would need to do it with. In my opinion he went well beyond this basic requirement. As for the making money part, that is on me, not on him. You attend this training to learn a new skill set; he does an excellent job of introducing students to this skill set; what the student does from there is up to them, no different than any other training out there. To those who are not familiar with marketing this skill, there is also some very valuable insight on how to sell this skill that probably would have taken a lot longer than a week to learn without the training.
I was also very impressed with the notes I received ahead of time about the hotel and weather at the time of arrival. It gave a very welcome feel to the course and what was coming over the next couple weeks.
