In response to the complaint (#) filed against Recon Services, LLC by [redacted] I emphatically state that this problem was solved the day after this complaint was filed and upon arrival of a new door.The following is a history of what occurred:Recon Services, LLC was hired by [redacted] ...to do repair work to 200+ decks throughout the communityAs part of this work we were required to repair the deck located at [redacted] home.The existing sliding door was the original door, approximately years oldThis door was, as are all doors, originally installed not to be removed so it is possible to have damage occur as a door is removedIn spite of this, the only door damaged in the entire community was located at this residence.Normally, if a door is damaged, due to the age of the door, a prorated amount would be given to the homeowner to replace the doorIn this instance, Recon Services offered to replace the door at no cost to the homeowner to finish the job without any issues.Unfortunately, in our attempt to rectify this issue in this manner, the original door was measured incorrectly by our supplier and arrived on site in the wrong sizeUpon coming to this info, we reordered a new door immediatelyBecause this door was special order and originally took a number of weeks for delivery, we expected a similar delay for the second order.Upon receipt of the second door, we installed the new door to the homeowner's satisfactionWe have not heard from him since, nor has he removed his complaint as he indicated he wouldPlease see the attached email.If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me as I would like to see this resolved

This door was, as are all doors, originally installed not to be removed so it is possible to have damage occur as a door is removed. In spite of this, the only door damaged in the entire community was located at this residence.Normally, if a door is damaged, due to the age of the door, a prorated amount would be given to the homeowner to replace the door.
