The contact from them since my original complaint here at Revdex.com was in the form of an email notice of another charge to my credit card for another month's service This is despite my repeated efforts to get them to close this account They do not respond to emails to their "customer support" and they do not answer the phone number listed for them It rings and rings, then eventually the connection is cut off

Review: I have been trying to unsubscribe from their services for at least 5 months. They have not cancelled, have not responded to my emails and continue to bill me monthly. In addition, the most recent billing doubled in price with no explanation. They have no telephone on their website, so I am only able to try to contact them by email. There is a telephone number on the Revdex.com website for them and I will try to call them in June, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my subscription and be refunded the amount of money since the first email I sent requesting to stop service. I have had their service for a long time, and first requested to cancel on **Feb2014.

Review: I have been out of the US since May 2013 and have been trying with

recordmycalls.com to get a copy of account data or their phone number to contact them regarding this so I can close my account which is registered under ([redacted]) but they do not respond.Desired Settlement: That they provide there contact number or a method to clear the issue so I may be able to get a copy of account data and close my account.

Review: I had an account with this company for several years with no complaint. Then, last year, we decided that we no longer needed this service and we had not used it for months. We cannot log onto our account to get information and they do not respond to emails to their customer support. When we call the RecordMyCalls number listed on our credit card bills, the phone just rings and rings with no pickup or we get a busy signal. They continue to charge our credit card for which we have filed dispute claims with our credit card company and consequently have had the charge removed. We've emailed RecordMyCalls and called RecordMyCalls over and over to no avail. When I checked my credit card account online today, there is another charge pending from RecordMyCalls for February. I have filed a dispute claim with credit card company again for that charge.Desired Settlement: I want to close this account and stop these charges to our credit card.

Review: We contracted with this company and agreed to a recurring credit card charge for their services. They stopped providing the service in the spring of 2014. Our password did not work to access the service. The phone number that they provided has been disconnected. The contract requires us to provide written notice to the address that both you and we have for them and we sent such notice to cancel on September **, 2014 by Certified Return Requested Mail. The envelope was returned "Not Deliverable as Addressed Unable to Forward. The address on the envelope is the correct last known address. They continue to charge our credit card monthly notwithstanding that we have filed disputes on their charges for the last three months. We wish to stop their charges and cancel the contract. They provide no service nor any way to contact them.Desired Settlement: Cancel contract and stop billing our credit card.

Review: recordmycalls.com advertises a "free" trial of their services. But that this really is, you give them your credit card number, they charge it, but then they promise to refund the amount if you contact them within 48 hours to cancel.I did not like the service, so I did all that. Received an email that my account was cancelled, but refund never showed up. Also, I noticed 2 (two) charges from these company on my credit card: one in the full amount I paid for a monthly subscription, the reason for the other one was unknown to me, and it was in the range of under $1.I emailed them asking to give me my full refund. Got no response. I emailed them again in several days, they claimed that they already processed the refund long time ago. Couple of days later the refund for first transaction showed up on my card. Not the second one of the unknown nature. So I emailed them again and again (I could care less for something less than $1, but it became the matter of principle). After a few attempts, I warned them that I will be filing a complaint with Revdex.com and disputing this charge with my CC company. But I received no response ever since.The bottom lime is: this company is employing some shady practices, including false advertisement. Terrible, virtually non-existent customer service.
