AVOID-AVOID-AVOID! We sold our house in Georgia and relocated to Fort CollinsWe needed to rent a house so we found Faith Property Management and ShellyBIG MISTAKE!
Shelly is rude, condescending, lazy! I'm not sure how this company can be in business or Shelly can have a jobHer interpersonal skills are very POOR! Her customer service skills are NONE!
We're glad we purchased our home and are glad we will never have to deal with
Faith Property Management and specially Shelly!
In addition, we left the house spotless, but they found some excuse to keep our

Horrible experience with this companyOur HOA fee went from $a MONTH to $a MONTH in a three year period - due to friviolous spending allowed by this companyThey will NOT return phone calls, they are terrible, terrible, terribleI am very sad our builder got us into a mandatory contract with this companyThey have poor business practices and questionable ethics

Faith Property "Management" are the WORST!!! We keep getting second notice letters about an inoperable vehicleor trailer in front of our house, problem is, we never recieved a first noticeOddly enough I guess the same rules don't apply if you're on the HOA board for WoodridgeIt's ok for the president of the HOA to have his boat parked in front of his house from May 12th through October 3rd with no consequenses.A different neighbor called Faith to complain about his boat and was told "There's really nothing we can do about it"I find it ridiculous that Jennifer W*** has the gall to tell me that she didn't turn my son into the police for having his trailer in front of the house, but with her next breath she says she turned in others that day, way to go Jennifer!!!

This property had been rented in 2006.I moved out in And never received my deposit backI checked my credit and it appears on my credit for a little over dollarsI believe this to be someone else's charge

history of this account, I could see what has happened.  I could verify two years but we have changed our operating system two years ago and cannot confirm the additional allegations.  The code used in the operating system was the same as one other homeowner.  We have corrected the issue.  I apologize to Mr. [redacted], for the inconvenience this has caused him.  All late fees had been waived as well as any additional charges on the account. Attached to this email is Mr. [redacted] ledger showing a 0.00 balance.  Mike A[redacted] CAM, CMCAFaith Property ManagerDesignated Manager[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]    I am rejecting this response because: That apology is nothing but excuses and I asked for a hand written note from the owner the manager and the receptionist and have not received any of that. They have not admitted their incompetence for making the same mistake 5 times and wasting my time doing their job for them. When the next Home owners meeting comes up I will stand up in front of everyone and express my feelings about this property management company and recommend we find a company that can do the job. They don't work for free so why should I do their job for them for free. There receptionist has obviously never been trained properly when she has the gall to call me rude for doing nothing except relaying the facts . Since they have basically ignored my complaint I will be telling everyone I know  what a terrible company they are and how they have handled my account thru the years although it probably means nothing to them because as I already know they don't care about anything except collecting their paycheck with the least amount of effort as possible at their jobs.

Absolutely the worst! They are so rude, especially Matt. They never return your call and on the off chance you get ahold of them, they tell you there is nothing they can do and that your only option is to write a formal complaint. We pay plenty towards HOA and this company does not recognize that they are supposed to ensure a service for that payment. There is a reason they have the ratings they do. If you can avoid buying a property that they manage.
