Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response for two major reasons:SAYING something does not look like a bill does not mean it doesn't appear to be a bill.This is clearly a numbers-game scam, aimed at people receiving large amounts of paperworkand are nervous about missing a payment that could have serious repercussionsThey are claiming to be a "Records Recovery Service," which clearly claims to have accessto city information, and legal information and yet this is the letter they write back? Here is a linefrom that letter:"We do not pretend our identity either..."Are you kidding me?! A company that relays legal information in regards to real estate can't write or edit a one-page letter? There is nothing  false, disingenuous or unreliable in which we manage our business. We disclose in our letter that it is a solicitation and not a bill. The consumer is warned  that  they  have  no  obligation  to pay  for  our service.
