I completed a promotion recoup was doing for Varo Bank. I completed the requirements, waited 60 business days and contacted the company numerous times. I believe the promo had a payout of $50. I completed the task Feb 21st 2020.
I would like to receive the money that they advertised.
We have several emails from this customer regarding other matters. None regarding this specific matter. Furthermore, he did not qualify for the $50 bonus as our partner bank never reported that he joined via Recoup. However, as a courtesy, we are going to send the customer a $50 Visa Prepaid Card.
