[Not surprisingly, they didn't respond to anything I wrote in my complaint. Their response says absolutely nothing of substance. It seriously took them month to write that?As my original complaint detailed: They said I needed to provide substance to back up what my negative review said. When I asked why they require proof, they said they don't. I'd like them to explain the difference between requiring proof, and requiring I substantiate my claims. There is absolutely no difference. I want them to acknowledge that and let people know on the review page that negative reviews require proof and may not be listed. Also, I did send them proof. They still censored my review. On one occasion they first edited out some parts and made it look less negative, before posting it on their review page. All without my knowledge or consent. They say these claims are "unfounded". They are lying. All my support emails with them and their own records will reveal this. They edited my review without my consent to make it look less negative. They then continued to censor me after providing their required proof. And they wouldn't explain why. I would like them to promise not to edit people's reviews. To notify people if they censor/delete their review, and the reason for doing so. Rather than secretly doing both. I would also like them to post my review, since I have sent them all the necessary proof. And I would like an explanation as to why they continued to censor me even after I complied with all of their policies.I hope they actually respond with something of substance this time. They didn't even address my complaint in their response.]
