The statement that was sent back to me from the client if not accurate as I called the company times and the 1st call was when I talked to victory the 1st time and that is when all of the violations we doneI then called back and that is when the manager and the owner of the company talked to meI did ask for payment history of the debt they were contacting me about and a letter from their company stating they are managing this accountThis company has violated many regulatory violations and because of that they just sent this account back to original creditor just to have me deal with this whole process over againThe matter has not been resolved as I still nave not relieved any of the paperwork I have requestedI request they send me a pay in full letter and as the violation that they have broke and admitted to could cost more in fees then what im requestingThe company clearly lied on their response back to the Revdex.comAll the calls are recorded by this company and I'm sure they can provide that call as proof of all violations.

Your telephone has been removed from the account in questionThis account has been sent back to the original creditor and deemed "uncollectable"

Mrs.***, We have over employees, so it is possible that you have spoken to more than one person In the previous response I attached the payment screen showing that your payments are in fact posting to your title loan, so I am not sure where that information is coming fromAlso, we have reduced your balance and offered a settlement amount to make it easier for you to resolveFeel free to contact Ace Cash Express customer service at 1-855-275-to verify you are paying the correct partyI have attached again, the screen shot of all payments receivedI have tried contacting you personally on several occasions to discuss this with you, and did not get a responseWe have switched to a new phone provider, and have a new toll free number which was supplied to you via email, and response to Revdex.com on 9/21/That toll free number is 1-888-224-Our agency website is valid at www.recoverynrg.comI have also attached the original settlement offer letter that was provided to you via email on 7/23/This letter will have our old contact information and it is a copy of the original letter that was sent prior to our business changes. Thanks,Ashley M***Ashley M***, Director of OperationsRecovery by NRG

I am rejecting this response because:
These emails have been sent to both my husband and me - all of the replies have been made by me, Mrs*** (note the CORRECT spelling of the last name!)Therefore all recollections of phone call conversations and comments made by the owner are firsthand, not filtered through a second party. The message I am trying to convey is that several hours passed after my voicemail message was left at Blue Bell Termite and there was no acknowledgement of the call until I called a second time late in the dayIf the owner had responded earlier and told me he could not come that day ( perfectly understandable) I would readily have agreed to a Monday visitEvery business person I have dealt with has a cell phone and access to messages left in the office when no one is present to take callsHowever, the defensive stance assumed by the owner and his subsequent loss of temper were unacceptableAdditionally, his offer to come on Monday was followed by the termination of the phone call with no opportunity on my part to replyAgain, my attempt to call back failed as no one answered the phone. The only acceptable resolution to this dissatisfaction with this company is a partial refund (perhaps half ) of the payment..

We treated the property for flying insects on 6/16/2015.  The client was charged $121.90 and given a 3-month warranty.  On or @ 6/27 the client called again and explained that they were having a problem again with flying insects.  We responded immediately, the same day within 1-hour of...

their phone call, and eradicated their 2nd problem in a different area of house.  The client then called a third time, late on a Friday afternoon and complained that they were still having a problem and insisted we return that same day.  I explained to the homeowner that the next available day to return would be the following Monday. The client became incensed and refused that answer. At that point I told her it was impossible to get out the same day she called because we were extremely busy and that a Monday return would be the first day we could return. She refused this day and at that point I told her there is nothing else we could do if she did not want us out on Monday.  Thats it.  By the way, this is the first notice I have received for this.

That telephone number was listed on the original contract as her employment phone number and has never been marked as "not to call". However, I have now removed that number as requested. There will be no further contact to that phone number. Thanks,Ashley M[redacted]Director [redacted]...

Mrs. [redacted] has a debt with Ace Cash Express, an unpaid loan taken out with her vehicle as collateral. She set up a multi part settlement with Recovery by NRG. Two payments have cleared. I received and email from the consumer regarding her trying to reach us. Recovery by NRG has switched phone...

providers as I stated to her in a response via her email. I did include the new toll free number and had her representative contact her directly. She did not respond. I have attached all account information, as well as all email correspondence. Please see attached. This consumer is entitled to a refund, and has one more installment due to complete the account payoff. Thanks,Ashley M[redacted]Director ll Recovery by NRG

There is a $6.95
processing charge for each transaction, when the consumer uses a debit/credit
card, that fee is not posted to her account. When they use a check by phone, it
is posted to the account. So no, a refund is not due. The total amount of the
settlement was $639.33, which is what was paid. We, (RECOVERY BY NRG) do not
own the account. This and many other Ace Cash title loans were placed with us
for collections by the now owner of the account, Hylan Asset Management and
they can be reached at 1-855-275-3651. Payment details and amounts are sent to
them once the account has been paid off. We have not yet sent through the account
as paid in full because the customer stated on the last conversation 9/24/2015
at 3:20pm that she put a stop payment on the last check, which we have not
received back from the bank as of yet. If this check cleared we will be sending
PAID IN FULL status to Hylan Asset Management for the lien to be released on
the title that was used for collateral.  Ashley M[redacted]
