This company is awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. They had my case for about 10 months, rarely responded to my inquiries on the status of my collection. I would check in with them every 6 weeks or so and they would not return my emails or phone calls. When they finally would get back to me the response was always the same…”check in in a couple of weeks”. They were supposed to look into existing bank accounts and assets and that took about 6 months. It does not take 6 months file an appropriate forms to locate money. They were supposed to send the debtor a Subpoena Duces Tecum to have them appear in their office for a deposition and they accepted every excuse in the book from the debtor not to appear. It’s almost as if they were working for the debtors rather than me. They are uneducated with regards to the court system. After calling the court clerk’s office I found out a lot of the information they gave me was incorrect. They stalled for so long that it gave the debtors plenty of time to file for bankruptcy and now I can’t collect anything. Coincidentally, the day I received the debtor bankruptcy notice in the mail was the same day I received an email from Judgement of Recovery that they are dropping my case. Don’t add insult to your injury by hiring these people. Just hire a legitimate lawyer and get it done.

Dear Revdex.com/[redacted], Our office has never received a complaint in the past because we strive to provide the best customer service. We received the judgment in mid-May 2015 and...

started attempting to research the debtor immediately. [redacted] did not pay our office a penny and we spent thousands to attempt to collect his judgment. We have a no recovery, no fee policy because we understand it is tough for creditors after not receiving payment on their judgments. Over 80% of judgments are uncollected in the United States because either a) debtors do not have assets b) debtors hide their assets c) creditors don't know how to find their assets Unfortunately [redacted] judgment fell into the A category and we were not able to find any assets during the first 4 months of service. We typically recommend creditors leave their judgment with our office for 12 months. [redacted] judgment is 6 years old hasn't been collected thus far. [redacted] started sending us unprofessional emails and our office didn't feel comfortable continuing to invest resources in collecting his case. We emailed [redacted] and told him that we are canceling our agreement and returning his judgment to him to hire other judgment collection companies. We are not sure why he complained to the Revdex.com and posted 1 star yelp reviews for us online but we tried to provide the best service for him. We wish him the best of luck and hope he recovers the funds on his case.

Review: Hired this company to collect money owed to me from a court case. After over 4 months I was told that they couldn't help me at all. The information that was provided on their behave to me was nothing more than public information that I was already aware of. Waste of my time!Desired Settlement: Use the resources that they claim to have and get me my$80,000.00
