impound lot. While the vehicle was impounded waiting to be picked up, we experienced a small flood. It was not deep enough to go almost to the top of seats, however the seats could have absorbed the water up to the top of the seats. Our insurance company has advised us that the flood was an act of God and that we did everything we could to protect their vehicle and all other vehicles in our impound lot. It is up to the individual car owners to carry insurance on their vehicles. The vehicle was in poor condition but does still run because we started the car to load it onto our wrecker to tow to the customer's home. Also, we spoke to the customer about their complaint and offered a $104.00 refund for the second tow from our lot to her home. She seemed very pleased and happy for this settlement. The check was mailed last week and we assumed that all was well until we received this letter from the Revdex.com. Thank you and please let us know of any further questions or concerns.
