Dear Sir/Madam,Ms [redacted] contacted us in writing on April 26 claiming to be indigent (see copy of our notes).  She refused to provide proof of indigence.  She contacted us again and used foul language when discussing this account with [redacted], so [redacted] hung up on her.  When talking...

with [redacted], who was on his lunch break, she refused to identify herself and again used foul language.  She was not hung up on but said she would call back and discuss the account with [redacted], a supervisor.  She did call back and agreed to pay twenty-five dollars ($25.00) monthly.The charge in question is for reading an X-ray done at [redacted] on 07/23/2015.  Our file number is [redacted].  Please refer to this if you need to contact us again.We do not continue conversations with foul-mouthed people.Sincerely,[redacted]
