  Nevertheless, I definitely want to address your concern and make it right for you. First thing - we have our management email listed right on our website for anyone who has a comment or concern. If anyone feels they aren't getting treated like a customer should be, we urge them to contact us online or leave us a voicemail. We always return the communication within one business day. Having said that, we rarely get a customer complaint. Maybe one or two a month, and we get them resolved immediately.    Regarding your visit - I'd like to know a few things as I communicate with our staff about what happened. When did you visit - date and time? This will help me narrow down who was working and who you spoke to. Do you recall how many people were bowling and the names that were entered in the console? I will look back at the scoring log and see if there were any issues that were reported. Yes, we did get a new scoring system in the middle of June, but we have had very few reports of any major scoring issues.    In the end, I do want to make it right for you. Whether or not you come back, I'd like to send you some complimentary gift cards that you can use anywhere in our facility. Would you mind giving me your mailing address?
