I am so tired of these "savings clubs" tacking themselves on to other products that you are ordering You are "pressured" into trying it with the simple "just cancel if you're not completely satisfied." You are charged just to try it and if you aren't satisfied you may cancel in days However, the start date is unclear and they will not budge if you are one day over the trial period This results in a monthly charge which they will not refund under any circumstances Good way to make over $for supplying no service whatsoever They will promptly cancel your membership when called, but are not concerned if you are unsatisfied with their service They got their money

Upon receiving this letter, [redacted] has been given a full refund of $24.90 which represents all monies paid to our service by [redacted].Furthermore, we have placed [redacted]'s contact number on our company's 'Do Not Serve' sist to prevent any future contact.We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint. I am so tired of these "savings clubs" tacking themselves on to other products that you are ordering. You are "pressured" into trying it with the simple "just cancel if you're not completely satisfied." You are charged 2.95 just to try it and if you aren't satisfied you may cancel in 14 days. However, the start date is unclear and they will not budge if you are one day over the trial period. This results in a 19.95 monthly charge which they will not refund under any circumstances. Good way to make over $20 for supplying no service whatsoever. They will promptly cancel your membership when called, but are not concerned if you are unsatisfied with their service. They got their money.
