I have subscribed to this website for 6 years. Everything was great until the emails starting showing up less frequently, until they stopped all together. However, the payments didn't stop getting automatically withdrawn every January for 3 years! I have phoned and emailed and no one has gotten back to me about this issue. I am now taking the matter to [redacted] to get reimbursed through them, hopefully.
