Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The problem is that I did not receive what the representative *** *** from Recruit Military promised meI logged online and paid my fee of $299.00, and shortly after paying my fee to post my job, I received a call from *** ***She stated that a simple listing wasn't going to be enough, that I really needed a more direct and targeted approachShe stated that she has been doing these types of posting for a long time and the more direct approach would guarantee me a lot more resumes and candidates for my postingShe then convinced me to pay another $for the upgraded services. She then redesigned my add and posted it and did according to her a direct marketing email blast to the qualified candidatesIf there would of been a problem with my add in regards to the commission only as she is now stating, then as the expert she should of said something to me and I would of changed it since we have various pay plans within our organizationAlso for the record, I was never rude and always conducted myself in the utmost professional mannerSo for her to state otherwise is a completely and unprofessional. As a business owner I always strive to do the right thing and take care of my customersIf It is ever brought to my attention that I didn't provide top quality customer service, I always do the right thing and take care of any issuesIn this case, such as in many cases nowadays, the customer service touch has been lostI was pressured into the higher package with a promise to receive top quality candidates only to receive ZERO candidates and a bad experience, including being taken for $I urge consumers to stay away from sites such a this that are full of empty promises. I hardly think that I was asking for much, I even gave them the option of rerunning the add as a salary position and they refused without me paying more moneyWhat would it have cost them to just simply post it again or send out a simple email blast stating that is was a salary position? Instead here we are, wasting valuable time and energy on something that could of been avoided by simply doing the right thing.Although I feel that I should be refunded the entire amount of $799,00, I would be willing to settle this for the refund of the additional $that I was chargedI hardly think that it is too much to ask for, since they didn't deliver what was promised

posting.  He posted his job and approved the content for the targeted email - 295 emails were delivered, with 168 opens and 9 clicks.  Because we have GREAT customer service, we delivered a second email, free of charge for this client, despite his rudeness and unrealistic expectations - another 379 emails were delivered, with 251 opens and 24 clicks. Mr. [redacted] purchased a job posting and a targeted email for $795 – WE Delivered!  Over 650 emails were delivered, over 400 veterans opened the email and over 30 clicked on the link to view his job posting.  Mr. [redacted] wants his money back because he says he did not get any applicants.  No job board - not Monster, nor CareerBuilder, nor our niche veteran job board - sells applicants nor guarantees applicants.  RecruitMilitary delivered in full (and more) on what this client purchased – we hosted his job posting on our board for 30 days and sent the targeted emails to inform hundreds of relevant veterans about the job opportunity he had posted.  Just like the old adage: “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink,” well, we drove hundreds of veterans to check out his job posting but we cannot force them to apply to a job they don’t want.  He paid us to market his posting and we successfully informed hundreds of candidates – a sure value for what he paid – a refund is not warranted at all. There are just some jobs that veterans don’t want (100% commission), and just some companies for which veterans don’t want to work.  A 100% commission position at Patriot Roofing is obviously just one of those cases.
