RecruitAlliance, Inc Reviews (1)

My team of six recruiters and I working on straight commission, submitted 80+ candidates to a Fortune 100 bank last year through www.recruitalliance.com. Many of the candidates were declined because they applied at some point in their lives (a standard recruiting contract states a six or twelve month candidate ownership window) or they required sponsorship. One of the candidates who didn't need sponsorship, whom we received ownership of, was hired two months after we submitted them. I uncovered the placement recently and notified Recruit Alliance. The owner of the company told me we weren't getting paid, because it wasn't for that exact position we submitted the candidate to. Prior to uncovering this placement, he assured me that this would not be an issue with their Fortune 100 bank client. He said,"You don't have to worry, they are good about reaching out when they like your candidate for another role." I actually have the call recorded. He called my 800 number that day, and I have a prompt. Regardless, the position the candidate is hired shouldn't matter, especially when a company is claiming unlimited ownership. Besides from my experience, posted job titles never match the actual titles in the client's system. I also found it highly coincidental that the job we submitted our candidate to was closed out at the same time she was hired. I deserve to be paid for placing that candidate at their Fortune 100 bank client, but that is another story. When I joined Recruit Alliance I was told I had a six month ownership window with their Fortune 100 bank client. I then find out on a call with the owner of Recruit Alliance that their Fortune 100 bank client has an unlimited ownership window. He told me I would receive credit for placements, regardless of the position the candidate was hired for. He also told me on a recorded line that their Fortune 100 bank client had changed their contract multiple times throughout the year. Recruit Alliance does not notify any of their subscribers when these contract changes occur. Because of this, I am asking to be reimbursed my subscription fees of $900 due to the misleadiing information I was provided and not being notified of these contract changes. The placement was worth over 20 thousand dollars it's the least they could do, but they refuse. I would not recommend any recruiting firm use recruitalliance.com.
