I am rejecting this response because: Upon receiving our parts, we called Mr*** ***, informed him the parts were incorrect and asked him what our next step was to be Figuring that he would need them back, I was expecting him to send a UPS or FedEx return label or give us additional instruction as to how to return the blades Instead, *** informed us that HE did make the error and it would be more hassle and expense than it was worth to send the parts back to him Obviously, that didn't make any sense to me which is why I questioned the reasoning behind that decision and documented such a comment in the file.In the several phone calls and emails I have had with Mr***, *** stated he would get the correct parts and send them out...we should receive them within one week As stated previously, that never happened NEVER ONCE did he request them to be returned, ask if they were returned or question the whereabouts of the blades!!! Every conversation included a whereabouts on his end (exI am waiting for the truck...I sent them out last week...you should have gotten them already...they got hung up in shipping...) I am not at fault, I have followed every instruction or bit of information that I have received from the company or *** himself I do not think I am special, did not ask for exceptions and I am not making off with the useless pieces of metal that do not work for any of our equipment I would be happy to send back the parts as they are of ZERO value to us and I am rather sick of moving them around in my office.Unfortunately, knowing now (his not so good history as listed with the Revdex.com under several different business and personal claims, lies created in the response, and his unacceptable questioning of MY character) what I didn't know then, I would need a guarantee in writing from Mr*** that we in deed will receive the correct parts or better yet, a full refund so we may purchase the CORRECT parts elsewhere!!
