Hello,
We would like to respond to this complaintWhile we are saddened by *** *** ***'s frustration with the company we must respectfully disagree on her account of eventsOn
2/**/*** *** came into the spa for her waxes accompanied by her boyfriendShe was dissatisfied with her wait time and wanted *** to call her the next day, which she didClient asked for a refund to be mailed and her refund was posted in the mail
*** *** called on several occasions to ask about the status of her refund and *** spoke with her almost every timeClient was informed the check had been mailed and was asked to please call back in a few business days if the check had not yet been delivered*** *** felt as though her concerns were not being addressed quickly enough and proceeded to curse at, and threaten to call the police on the receptionist
***, the ***, was then informed of the events and tried calling *** *** himselfHowever, she never answered the phoneNo one at Red and White ever heard from *** *** regarding her check bouncing, but if that is the case of course we would reissue a refundThe company has since made additional efforts to reach out to the clientWe are still waiting to hear again from *** *** and look forward to being able to resolve the issue

 Please know that's I have called and. Received no answer. They have not made any calls to me re: my refund of bad service I received that day. I would like to receive my FULL refund since this check they mailed bounced! Please view attached images of correspondence from my bank and explanation. I am law abiding citizen and I work hard for my well deserved income. I also expect respect from a business which prides themselves on treating customers nicely. This wasn't my experience. Please refund my money.

Review: During the week of Valentines Day 2014 I called Red and White Spa to purchase deal for 3 Brazilian waxes for $49 which I had seen on groupon. I spoke with [redacted], who convinced me that purchasing this deal directly through them as opposed to groupon was better. She then offered a deal for 3 male Brazilian waxes for $57, totaling up everything to $112 with taxes and fees she mentioned. On Friday February **, 2014, my [redacted] and I went in for our scheduled appt. We checked in and after about 15 minutes the secretary calls us over to tell us that they dont have male Brazilians and if I wanted to combine this deal for myself and get 6 instead of 3. I agreed. We waited for 40 minutes passed the appt time which was at 7pm. Time passed and customers came and left. I then approached the receptionist and asked if she had any idea of when I was going to be seen. She then looked at the schedule as a worker, named [redacted] came out and said I dont have her on my list. And after this one Im not seeing anyone. [redacted] proceeded to call another name and took this person in. I then said, Im sorry I have an appt for 7pm I have been waiting here and no one has acknowledged me. [redacted] then responded well I dont know what you want me to do. And went in her room as she slammed door with attitude. This was all witness by other customers, other workers and the receptionist who didnt say much. I then proceeded to desk and respectfully requested if I could get my money back. The receptionist stated she wasnt able to do this as this has to be done by manager [redacted] who had just left. I then said can you please call her and have her teach you how to do this so I can get my money back and leave. She refused stating dont worry you will get your money back. I cant do this. I called the next day 2/**/14 to speak to [redacted]. I was again, told I will be receiving a check in the mail in the next few days. I called again on 2/**/14, one week later as I had not received check. I asked to speak to [redacted] and was treated disrespectfully and told [redacted] doesnt have time for this right now. She said your check is in the mail just wait for it. I then stated it has been a week and nothing had been received. The young lady at other end hung up on me. I called again on 2/**/14 and again was told same your check is in the mail, wait for it. On 3/**/14 I received a check dated 2/**/14 for the amount of $110. I deposited into my account on 3/**/14. On 3/**/14 I received a notice from my back stating the check was returned. I called my bank on 3/**/14 and was told that the business who sent check had no funds, therefore check bounced and I was charged a $10. I called to speak with [redacted] this morning and was told she isnt available. They again, did not help. I would like to request my full refund ASAP. This business is a fraud and they are [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a FULL refund of my $112 which I can provide proof of. They sent me a check for $110 which has no funds and I was charged with $10. They are no longer answering my calls or willing to talk to me about this matter. This is very unjust. They were quick to draft money from my account when I called to purchase deal and now they are giving mea hard time returning my money. Please have them return asap. I work hard and they did not provide service needed.

Client asked for a refund to be mailed and her refund was posted in the mail.

[redacted] felt as though her concerns were not being addressed quickly enough and proceeded to curse at, and threaten to call the police on the receptionist.

[redacted], the [redacted], was then informed of the events and tried calling [redacted] himself. However, she never answered the phone. No one at Red and White ever heard from [redacted] regarding her check bouncing, but if that is the case of course we would reissue a refund. The company has since made additional efforts to reach out to the client. We are still waiting to hear again from [redacted] and look forward to being able to resolve the issue.
