On June 24th 2016, Red Bark Incperformed and professionally completed a bark dust job for Mr*** *** at *** ** *** *** ***, OR The job location was further than what is Red Bark Inc.’s regular scope of service areaThe customer purchased less
product than what he ordered but was nonetheless waived the service delivery trip charge of $as a courtesy*** *** expressed satisfaction with work completed and as crew was cleaning up to retreat the location, one of Red Bark employees suffered an urgency of a human nature; he removed himself from the area and hastily made the decision to use his immediate surroundings as a restroomThe employee used proper disposal technique and packed waste out; he was also advised and reprimanded by Red Bark IncHowever, at this point of the incidence the customer *** *** becomes angry and exhibits rude and threatening language and actions including flashing weapon carried on his person and stating he “will shoot Red Bark employee (s)”. Customer’s wife attempts to de-escalate her husband but to no avail and retreats to their home in a very fearful manner*** ***’s irrational and unacceptable behaviors continued into two subsequent phone conversations with Red Bark Inccompany owner/president MrLupe J***Red Bark Inchas years of experience and numerous excellent customer service results*** ***’s bark job was completed accurately and professionally, and besides the waiving of the $trip charge fee, no other reimbursement will be given

complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution MIGHT BE satisfactory to meIF RED BARK TAKES CARE OF THE PROBLEM BY THE END OF THE MONTH AS PROMISEDSIX WEEKS TO TAKE CARE OF A PROBLEM IS WAY TOO LONG.

We stopped by the following week but only had two guys and boulder is very large. We are looking for a crew and something to be able to move the rock. We should have this resolved by the end of the month.

Complaint: [redacted]I shake my head at the lies told to the author of the letter you have received in response to my complaint.    So, let's all strap down to the Polygraph machine and see which side of this story is actual and which is fiction.  I will even let the offending individual and his job site supervisor go first.  Any time you want to people… Any. Time.   Is that clear enough for you?      Intuition tells me that the offending individual is a blood relative of a Principle of this business.  [redacted]
