Review: A/C Compressor replaced approx 4 times since August 2012 as it has never worked properly. I've spent over $1000 and A/C still not blowing cold air & was advised by service manager I have no warranty. The system has never been properly fixed. The system lasts about 30 minutes after picking up & then quits. The service dept has been claiming broken items needing repair but what they are charging me for does not repair the issue. The most recent visit they now are asking for an additional $1200 to fix an electrical issue which has been wrong since the beginning. I'm a rancher and do not have time to be without my truck to constantly run back and forth and leave it for days. I believe this service dept has committed fraud and has been overcharging me to fix items that were never the cause of the malfunction of the system. First replacement ($619.23) was done on 8/17/12 w/100,518 miles. Did not need a/c over winter & when turned back on to use spring 2013 it failed and was taken in on 6/04/13 & another compressor was installed w/no leaks detected. 3/18/14 took truck back in charged me $92.50 just to diagnose & stated they found leaks. 7/17/14 took truck back in & was charged $396.28 to replace $8 in o rings. 8/4/14 truck a/c still not working took in and now they advise electrical & they want another $1200 to repair.Desired Settlement: They need to put a brand new system (not factory rebuilt) in under warranty and stop finding more excuses to charge me for.

I am responding to you with the information I sent in on the orginal web site, as followed::

Review: Bought a brand new Chrysler 200 in July 2013. Bought an extended warranty for this car at time of purchase. One week after purchasing car, there was an issue with the sunroof not opening properly. The sunroof was replaced. In July 2015 the car was returned with a complaint of transmission not shifting properly. The car was returned after serviced and I was told that nothing could be found that supported my complaint. The car drove okay, until January 22, 2016 when I returned with a complaint that I had a transmission issue and a check engine light. I brought this to the dealership that I purchased the car at, with a valid complaint of the car not performing properly. I was told that I would have to make an appointment, that they couldn't do anything about if. This is a warrantied issue, and should have been dealt with appropriately, considering I have been in there once already with the same complaint. I asked if I could leave it and get a rental vehicle, as its covered by my warranty. I told them that I work out of town and I didn't want to take the possibility of causing further damage to the vehicle by driving it back to Yreka. I was told by the service agent, "Well if your car grenades on the way back up, you could have it towed here and we could look at it in a week or so." This is completely unacceptable service being given to a customer that paid a lot of money to purchase a vehicle from their business. On January 21st upon returning to Yreka, I attempted to use the sunroof and the sunroof now works intermittently. Will not close on occasion.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the Full price paid for this car returned under the CA lemon law. This is an example of multiple occasions where I have attempted to get resolution for mechanical failures On a vehicle under warranty, and was either turned away, given poor advice or the service shop was unable to fix the problem. Extremely poor service was given by the service center here. I am more than frustrated, as I have been treated much better by other service agencies.

Hello per my message yesterday Mr. [redacted] has been in the dealer 3 times once in July 8 of 2013 after he bought car for sunroof repair in which replaced glass and drain channel. The second visit was for a recall and 3rd was for the transmission concern which at that time was unfounded. I'm pretty sure he doesn't fall under buyback law at this time. Any other questions just let me and thank you again.

Recently took the work truck into the Service Department at Red Bluff Dodge to have the battery checked. It took them 4 hours to check it, even though I had made an appointment for first thing in the morning. No one seemed to know what anyone else was doing. Our company purchased this vehicle brand new 15 months ago. Most batteries should be good for 5-7 years. However, Red Bluff Dodge won't replace it.This is the worst outfit I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't go back there with a go-cart!
