Red Bluff Shell

Review: I purchased regular (87 octane) gas on 1/18/14 from this Shell gas station and broke down in Grass Valley due to water in gas. Repaired Prius at mechanics, called to advise/complain to management on 1/24/14, 1/27/14 and then on 1/28/14. Miguel and [redacted] provided messages to Regional Manager, [redacted] Bradley. [redacted] returned my call today, 1/28/14, to state two facts in defense: they have sensors on tanks at stations that haven't gone off and this has not happened in California at Shell stations. [redacted] implied I have zero recourse and wanted me to have a nice day. The mechanic bill was $363 in total from a factory trained mechanic, paid in full my myself.I found unwillingness on [redacted] or [redacted]'s part to take responsibility, what soever.I will be contacting Shell Corporate and the Attorney General's office for further pursuit.[redacted]Desired Settlement: split the bill, at least
