the photographer didn't provide me with creative pictures as shown in her portfolio.On 11/11 I employed [redacted] after doing a lot of research for the newborn pictures. I was really impressed with her newborn photos. But when I received the photos, I was so upset and wanted to cry. It was horrible. Maybe 5 out of HUNDREDS of dollars. It was NOWHERE near like her newborn portfolio. I'm out $400 dollars and I will never get that time back since my daughter is almost 4 months old. When she sent me the pictures, she emailed me attacking me for no reason. I heard nothing from her for 3 months. I asked my friend who was a photographer if this was normal...she said not for newborn pictures. She said it should take around 2 months or so but of course longer for wedding pictures. So when I attempted to email her to see why it was taking so long, she said she had been sick with the flu and would work on it that weekend. Two weeks later, nothing so when I emailed her again, she replied by attacking me, saying I should not compare her with the other photographed (I asked more and they said it shouldn't have taken long) and she had been sick with the flu and emailed all of her clients letting them know there was a delay. I didn't get that email. Desired SettlementI'd like my refund back. Her pictures was NOWHERE near like the gorgeous and creative shoots she did in her newborn portfolio. I could take them myself but I hired her because I thought she was very creative.The owner of the business and I have reached a partial refund settlement.Thank you
