[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was the only person who dealt with Nicholas H***I can inform you that he has not done the complete job as per his invoiceHis response proves thatHe does not mention about the breakers that needed to be replacedHe told us his work was well worth $ We did not force him to invoice us for the lower price, if we had known he was going to charge more, we would have asked another company.We need to see the proof of his job, he needs to come to the hotel and show our maintenance guy, what kind of job he had performedWhere is the conduit, materials that we paid for? We would like him to install breakers and fully perform his work as per the invoiceAlso remove his bad review as was noted beforeRegards, [redacted]

Everyone was happy the day Red Bull Electric Left sleep inn and suitesWe were asked to run a circuit over to the breakfast area because the circuit was way way overloadedWe went above and beyond and ran circuits in conduit and put them in a junction box, extra circuit is in that junction box for future use the other circuit has the workout room plugs on it that were previously tied into the breakfast area circuitWe explained to them that we lightened the load in the breakfast area but breaker may still trip with all of the appliances on it and they explained to us that at a future date they would have us hook up the extra circuit for an additional fee if the breaker tripping continued to be an issueWe have no problem going back to help with this breaker tripping issue but it's a separate charge like we had agreed upon a year agoLight your way with Excellence! We did not force him to invoice us for the lower price, if we had known he was going to charge more, we would have asked another company.We need to see the proof of his job, he needs to come to the hotel and show our maintenance guy, what kind of job he had performed. Where is the conduit, materials that we paid for? We would like him to install breakers and fully perform his work as per the invoice. Also remove his bad review as was noted before.
