After numerous somewhat somewhat incoherent phone calls the [redacted] made a reservations with severe dietery restraints for our Chefs gourmet breakfast service When their credit card (which they objected to giving) was not valid we realized they would find better value elsewhere We called to say we could not complete the reservation [redacted] used abusive language so feeling I could not communicate with her I hung upLater [redacted] called using offensive language to which rather than trading insults I also hung up Red Caboose Getaway B&B goes all out to please our guests as our positive reviews over years attest-but we do not have to put up with rude behaviour Stationmaster Olaf

This is a response to Mr***'s additional comments that were emailed to me on 9-10-[redacted] of Devine Auto contacted CARS by telephone following the July 16, auto purchase It was the first time Devine Auto had processed a service contract with CARS and [redacted] had a processing question CARS told [redacted] that he had the wrong form and that they would send him the correct form [redacted] asked CARS if he should send in the incorrect form with the money, but CARS told him not to send either until he had the correct application form Cars never asked for a VIN number A few months earlier, incorrect forms were delivered in person to Devine Auto by a representative of CARS Before the new form was received by Devine Auto, Mr [redacted] called to inform [redacted] that the transmission had failed [redacted] of Devine Auto called CARS who refused to honor the service contract Again, CARS never asked for a VIN number No one knows if CARS would have approved the service contract in the first place Devine Auto did everything CARS told us to do Devine Auto is not an agent for CARS as stated in Provisions of the Service Contract ( 2.o) that Mr [redacted] signed Also, in Provision (2.k) it states that Mr [redacted] should have contacted CARS if he had not received notice of approval from CARS within days of purchase Mr [redacted] was aware that the service contract was not in-force until approved by CARSWe vehemently deny the allegation of Mr [redacted] that no one at Devine Auto contacted CARS We called and talked to CARS twice When a customer complains about a vehicle, a car dealer has the right to inspect the vehicle to verify the problem Mr [redacted] refused to deliver the vehicle to us or let us pick it up for inspection Devine Auto has offered to help Mr***, but he is unwilling let us inspect the car or contribute to fixing it The vehicle was purchased by Mr [redacted] "as is" We stand ready to help resolve this issue Because Mr [redacted] drove the vehicle for at least two weeks, we do not know if he did something negligent to damage the vehicle For that reason, we are willing to buy the vehicle back, but at a discounted price.Sincerely,

I have rejected the business’s response because Mr*** *** a representativefor Devine Auto LLCsold me a service contract that covered the vehicle for 3months that cost $which was a power tran warranty at the time of thepurchase 07/16/The power tran warranty was supposed to cover theautomatic transmission and componentsThe transmission broke that is why Icontact *** *** to inform him that my contract was invalid due to itnot being submitted by Devine Auto LLC to CARS Protection PlusMr*** ***and/or any of the company representatives never contacted CARS protection Plusregarding the contract he sold meJan at CARS Protection Plus is whom, I spokewith regarding the contract who stated that they had no records with my vinnumber to my vehicle with any communication concerning a contract Mr*** ***sold meI also disagree with Mr*** *** that he asked me to havemy car towed/delivered to Devine Auto LLCBecause I told him that my vehiclewas already at a place that I wanted to fix my vehicleI also, informed Mr.*** *** that I did not trust them because he was lying about thewarranty he sold me therefore I did not want them working on my vehicleMr.*** *** offered to replace the transmission at cost of $out ofmy pocket and I explain to him that I had purchased a warranty therefore, I wasnot going to pay an addition $to get it fix because Devine Auto LLCfailedto submit my $for the application fee and the application for thewarrantyMr*** *** inform me that the application was rejected however;I now know that he and/or his reps never submitted the application or the fee.The only solution that I was willing to compromise on with Mr*** was that they buy back the vehicle at my purchase price because Iwould not have purchase the vehicle without the warranty therefore I would bemade whole finicallyI have been inconvenience with this whole deal and I currently have two car notesbecause I had to have a vehicle and Mr*** *** was aware I needed aworking vehicle that is why he sold me a warranty to assure me that itwas going to be covered.Attached is notes from CARS Protection Plus who agrees with me that Mr*** and/orany reps from Devine Auto LLC neversubmitted my application and fee monies. Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo on 7-16-15.   The 4 wheel drive did not work so the vehicle price was reduced from $3500 down to $2000 and sold as a 2 wheel drive vehicle.  This was told to the client and disclosed on the sale contract.  The contract also disclosed...

that the sale was "as is".   The customer applied for a third party warranty and paid $200.  There was a problem with the warranty application form.  The company told us not to send in the money or the original form and to wait until we received the new forms.  We followed all their instructions.  Before the warranty was approved by the company, Mr. [redacted] informed us that the transmission broke.  We called the warranty company who refused to honor the warranty.   We asked Mr. [redacted] to deliver the vehicle to us for an inspection of the problem. We later offered to pick up the vehicle at our expense.  We still have not seen the vehicle at our shop.   Our cost to replace the transmission is about $1800.  We offered to replace the transmission at half of our cost.  Mr. [redacted] is unwilling to pay any of the cost of repair.We feel bad for Mr. [redacted] and stand ready to help, but we believe Mr.  [redacted] also needs to help. Sincerely,[redacted]Devine Auto LLC###-###-####
