Red Cape Films

We contacted Red Cape Films in December 2018 to ask for a quote to film a highlight video for our April 2019 wedding in Windsor, ON. The company then increased their prices in January 2019 but honoured the prices they quoted in December. We then worked on signing a contract that would entail a deposit upon signing the contract and then full payment 2 weeks prior to our wedding date. The contract stated we would receive our wedding video 6 weeks after the wedding. We received it 5 months later after several phone calls and emails (with no response). The video was poor quality and left much to be deserved. It was not worth the money we spent and most people ask for their videos to be fixed but there was little patience left for that. We were told we would receive our RAW footage which to this day, we have yet to receive, despite several emails (with no response)! This business is not able to provide professional and quality communication nor produce quality products that their customers expect.
