Did not honor contractEntered into contract and paid by authorization for premiums to be deducted from credit card account. After waiting until the appropriate time and mileage requirements had passed, we experienced trouble with car and the repair service contacted them and they refused to pay anything. They said the problem was a preexisting condition. That was a total falsehood. We canceled the contract and asked them to return all our premiums as set out in a Georgia addendum to the policy stated we were entitled to if claim was denied for preexisting conditions Mr. Joseph Cohen acknowledged he had canceled the policy and would send the file to accounting for refund. We have not heard anything from them although calls have been made and letter sent.
