When the vehicles are detailed we do nothing with the dash that could allow fluid to get behind the bezelThe only cleaning done to that area is a wipe down with a damp clothWe are sorry about the condition of the screen but we do not feel responsible and it's been almost months since the

Mr***,You state in your BB claim that one tire was damaged but in your yelp review you state that it was two, which is it? Just because you make a claim of damage doesn't mean we are going to accept liability, that is the purpose of the investigation; to determine liability. If your tire
was punctured as you claim you wouldn't have made it off the lot, your tire would have gone flatThe video was reviewed and you drove your Dodge onto the conveyor without incident and you left just as smoothYou washed your vehicle around 7:45pm, if something was wrong with the conveyor it would have damaged numerous rims and tires that day, not just yours You left the property and we didn't hear from you until the next dayWe have no idea what happened to your vehicle in the intervening time. I'll give you some advise, I'd suggest in the future not publicly threatening legal action on yelp if you want to negotiate a resolution to a problem, it tends to shut down communicationAs a gesture of good will I often find an amicable resolution for reasonable customers, your yelp review talked yourself right out of that. I will not be paying for your tire

You were in fact extremely rude, "blunt" is the word you used to describe your behaviorI was NEVER invited to inspect the tunnel at any timeIn fact your manager Geno, explained that my only option was to contact my own insurance companyWhen I requested insurance information to file a claim with yours I was denied and directed to contact *** at corporate, who then directed me to you. You refused to provide the information after multiple request so that I could file a claim, which I have the right to do based on the Federal Right to Fair Claims actFollowing which you continued to be "blunt" in explaining that incidents such as these are not your responsibility. My threat to "blast" you was in reference to social media as I clearly statedThis is unfair and irresponsible business practicesWhich clearly you do often in hopes on individuals finding it to be too much work and so you avoid claims on your insurance and ever having to take responsibility. I will reach out to your insuranceThank you for finally providing the information
