I contracted with A&E for sidingThe siding was installed by someone who contracted through themDuring the installation process I saw the contractor taking beer from my neighbors while they were working on my homeAlso when the job was completed the contractors sold materials that were left over from my installation to my neighborsI have contacted A&E at least times concerning the left over materialsIf the contractor was able to sell materials left over from my installation, I should be credited for the materials that were not used on my installation

Ordered $15K in replacement windows and a patio door on October 16th and was provided a written guarantee that the work would be completed by 12/31/I asked for the install time to placed in writing because my job allows me to be available for them to install most any time during the 4th quarter of the year and beginning in January, I could not be available hardly at allThey installed the final window in July 2017, this was primarily due to many manufacturing defects, miscommunication between their employees, mismeasurments and just plain poor customer service with the feeling of no sense of urgency to complete the jobIt was made very clear to them from the beginning that all windows were to be set to allow for a 2" blind to be installed and the final window was installed at barley over a 1" inset, I was informed of this AFTER the window was installed(this is a large window) I have well over emails during the course of this project arguing with them about all the var

We were contracted to have a replacement patio door installed and originally planned to finance the workAfter evaluation of the agreement we decided to forego financing and decided to pay in full when the work was completedSince we notified Autumn of our decision we have made several attempts to contact them to get an update of the project but they will not return our phone calls We would like to void the contract since we were promised that the project would be completed in weeks and we have not received an update of the project We paid them dollars to begin the project but since we cannot get any updates we would like to have that money refunded
