Worse experience of my life. I was staying in Dublin Georgia on central ave. dec 21 and 22of this year. First room we counted over15 German roaches in a matter of 2 minutes they were everywhere. They gave us another room. Next morning we woke up to the toilet overflowing. The manger gave my sister a plunger and told her to fix it. I really lost my cool,demanded they give our money back. I will be contacting the Georgia health dept and better business bureau. Management was terrible

7/30/15How are you? First of all we do not have any twins beds in entire hotel She booked twin smoking room When she checked in we gave her big x full size bedroom which is better room than one single queen bedroom and large room We try to give Niagara Falls tourist people better rooms Room has queen bed, smoking and nothing wrong with anything inside New carpet, new bedding, new LED 40' inch TV Also she bring all complaint at next day check out She used the room all night long and asking for refundWe cannot process any rooms When she check in we offer her full refund and she didn't acceptShe know it's July weekend nights and room where expensive then us and no vacancyeverywhere, So there is no point for refunds.Thank You,Harry P***

First of all I apologize that your supplies were ruined, however, there was absolutely nothing we could do to keep that from happening We did not purposefully cause damage, we did not want the toilet to overflow We certainly did not intend for your items to get damaged I can see you justifying a charge for malicious damages, but this certainly was not the case
Responding to your understanding of the events, they are not entirely accurate We did not try to FIX the issue, nor did we wait to call Fixing the toilet was impossible as there was NO plunger in the room, even if we wanted to fix the issue there would be NO POSSIBLE way to do that We called immediately and We were at the MERCY of waiting for someone to get there
As soon as the toilet started to over flow we immediately called maintenance - IMMEDIATELY - I have four witnesses who can testify to that
When we called we said that we could NOT fix the issue and we needed someone up there When the maintenance arrived, he refused to step on the floor because he said he "did not want to get his shoes wet", so in stead, he stood on the EDGE of the bathtub - we were HORRIFIED - and he almost fell! We asked him to please step down so that he would not fall, and he refused as his shoes were more important than the water coming out of the toilet Because of his neglect to properly plunge, the toilet continued to overflow at least an additional minutes The water that flowed from the bowl was clear, but this is true, there were pieces of toilet paper in it as it was being plunged As the water ran we were trying our best to keep it from getting to the carpet and frantically put all the towels on the floor in an effort to stop the water The toilet simply would not stop flowing
Regarding the other room, I am very frustrated that you feel you did us a justice because we actually had to ASK for another room, we were not initially offered to get another room In fact, when we asked for another room it seemed as though we were an inconvenience to even be asking Additionally we were offered no assistance to help us move any of our stuff, no apology, and terrible service
Furthermore, the following morning we personally spoke with the gentleman who had to fix the toilet and he stated that the toilet was very clogged with toilet paper and he had to work for a long time to get it unclogged There is no possible way this could have happened with only a couple uses
Lastly, when we were handed our invoice, we were actually confused as to the charge because one side had a charge significantly less than the other side After we left the hotel, we realized our invoice was actually printed on the back of A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER'S invoice including their name and the last digits of their card number We still have this invoice and will be happy to get you a copy of this mistake
I am more than happy to have all of the witnesses testify and write an official letter as to the actual events that took place I am asking you to please put yourselves in our shoes and realize how horrific this event was from our view, and use this as an opportunity to make your service better Please do the right thing

The owner seems to be discarding my claim because I did not show them the bedbug bites until the day after I changed rooms If the owner "knows about bedbugs" as he claims, then he knows that the welts typically do not appear for two, sometimes three days after the victim is bittenHe also seems to be implying that I went out and got bedbug bites somewhere else so I could get a reduction in by bill That doesn't even make sense The owner never offered to refund the rest of my bill if I left after the first dayThe owner is also well aware that hotels in the area sell out during the "Extravaganza" weekends Although I considered checking out after the first day, the fact that I chose to stay in another room in this hotel is only a recognition of the fact that I likely could not find another room in the area at that time Also, the fact that the owner chooses to attack the customer for bringing this problem to his attention is further evidence of the unprofessional management of this property

10/5/2014As a motel owner for over years, I have had experiences with bed bugsI know best practices for treatment and when people are trying to “balance expenses against profit”The timeline of events described by the customer are not exactly trueThe alleged “bites" did not appear until
the day after the guest was movedWe checked the room in the presence of the guest and turned everything inside outBed bugs hide in the bed area predominantlyThey do not hide in electrical outlets or other areas until forced out of their natural habitat by extermination methodsWe had an exterminator check the roomEven though nothing was found, we still had him treat the roorn to be sureWe have rented the room since and have found no instance of bed bugsWe have not only given serious attention the rmatter; we have found that this is frivolous claimThe guest had every opportunity to leave our establishment after night and take a refund for the rest of their stayThey chose to stay in our motel and know that this is a not a problem at our establishment

police, but that is a statementIf you check the records, I had to call the police because the owner would refuse to return the paperwork that had my credit card information on itOnly when I called the police did he agree to honor the price that was on my original reservationHe initially refused to honor the price on my original reservation and stated that he changed the price couple of hours ago and if I wanted to pay with my card I would have to pay the rate of plus tax which would bring me to 221.36$The hotel owner also assigned us a room that he had already assigned to a different guest and we were forced to repack everything and move to a different roomHe refused to submit any paper work for the rooms paid in cash stating that he does not provide receipts for cash transactionsI deny the claims he posted and would formally like a refund on the room paid with the credit card at leastThe business is also reported to the IRS for tax evasion and is currently being investigated by the IRS for tax evasion, including a claim for tax evasion by the corporate office.

I just went to soma spa east to have a lot of extensions put in an to get my hair dyedThe staff are wonderful and kind and very funnyDana did an amazing job on my hairI was there for over hours and they made sure that I had the best experience at there spaI would recommend this great and also affordable place to everyone

Review: I stayed at the hotel and was charged once for my stay and when I checked out although there were no incidentals the manager Mr [redacted] informed me that he charged an additional fee because I was undercharged. I should not be expected to pay an additional charge than what was charged to my credit card when I checked in. In addition Mr [redacted] did not have good customer service skills. He insisted that he was going to charge me more although I already paid for the nights stay.Please have Mr. [redacted] remove the extra charge from my bill.Desired Settlement: Please tell MR. Review: Posted rate (on billboard outside hotel) $59.99 plus tax ($64.19 incl tax)for one night. Rate I was charged $109.22.I was in town to attend Fletcher Technical College to study and prepare for exams that I would be taking so I needed a quiet room. I paid the Red Carpet Inn for a whole week in advance ($292.46) but the room had so much road noise I couldnt rest and certainly couldnt study.I called the General Manager, [redacted] the morning after I checked in and asked if she would be willing to only charge me for one nights stay and let me checkout. [redacted] agreed and said she would credit my card, which she did. The only problem is, after she credited my card I ended up paying $109.22 for the room. (the huge billboard in front of the hotel says $59.99). I called and spoke to [redacted] about this and she said she would credit my account for the additional $45.03 but that never happened. I called [redacted] and she was adamant that she made the second credit but refused to check with her bank. I even had my banker call her to verify that I did not receive the $45.03 credit. Even after he called she refused to give me the credit and handed the phone to [redacted] the hotels new accountant. Now [redacted] verified they did not pay me the second credit and was sympathetic to my cause. [redacted] told [redacted] to deny my credit. He was new to the hotel and seemed like he was trying to help me. He said he would go ahead and credit my account. That never happened. Notice the trend, they tell you they will give you the credit, dont do it, then tell you they did, but you never get your money. First [redacted] did that then [redacted] did it. So...after at least six phone calls and having my personal banker at Wells Fargo call them to verify no second credit was received and having the hotels accountant tell me he checked their bank accounts and that no second credit was paid to me I still dont have the $45.03 credit.Desired Settlement: Credit Of $45.03Original week including tax $292.46Credit given $183.24Charge for one night stay $109.22Should have been $64.19 Amount Owed to me $45.03

After numerous phone calls and a lot of time they finally paid me. But I am confident they intentionally paid me less than they should have. It was only because of my persistence did they finally pay me.

Review: I checked into the hotel around 12am I was suppose to have been giving a non smoking jacuzzi suite. I received my room key to room 301. 1st problem the jacuzzi didn't work, 2nd the room had crack pipes in it, 3rd mold all over the ceiling along with holes. So I asked for another room after letting the front desk know about my issues. I was giving another room that also had mold in the bathroom and dirty bed sheets with hair in the bed. I complained again and asked for management and a refund of my money. I was denied do to the fact that the manager wasn't in from what I was told. I also was told there wasn't anymore rooms besides them two. I took pictures of the problems in all the rooms. By this time it was around 2 a.m me and my partner was sitting in the lobby with no money to check into another hotel. While sitting there it was very high traffic of prostitution and drug activity. I started calling friends to try and have money sent to me but being that it was so late it was difficult. around 3 a.m I was offered a smoking room that was just made available. There was ashes and trash still in the room but less mold. being that me and my friend our two young ladies in [redacted] with nowhere to go we took the room and slept on our own sheet that we traveled with in our clothes. very uncomfortable to be in that type of situation. once the morning came there was a new guy up front but he also told us the manager wasn't going to be in and that there was no way to contact him I was being put in circles . I should have been giving a refund I was left with no choice but to stay there or on the st and it wasn't fair to me and they had no intention or returning my money in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund I will never stay at this hotel or and of the other locations ever.

Review: Using [redacted] to reserve my stay at red carpet inn, I made plans to arrive 11/**. The site offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before checkin. I recall submitting a request to cancel early in the week, even removing the reservation off my passbook, however on the night of the [redacted] I noticed my reservation was still active on [redacted]. I cancelled it again, the site notified me of a $123 fee for late cancellation. This was upsetting already as I remembered cancelling this reservation like I have done in the past using this website/booking agency. When I went to check my bank account to see how much money we had to cover the unexpected $123, I noticed we were ALREADY charged for the FULL AMOUNT on the [redacted]. Upon further investigation, it appears a request for payment was made on 11/** (which I feel confidently was when I tried to cancel the first time) and actual collection of funds THREE days BEFORE our expected arrival and ON the last day to cancel with $0 fee. I attempted to resolve this issue through [redacted], but after the issue was presented to the GM, he apparently chose NOT to refund the money. I feel this is poor business practice to withdrawal the TOTAL AMOUNT of a stay, during the same time I could CANCEL without charge and without any notification ahead of time. This caused some financial burden at the time, since we had ~$300 total removed with this extraneous charge and a double temporary hold for the location we ACTUALLY stayed at.Desired Settlement: I just want a complete REFUND of $144.
