know it's not an excuse but that's what happens when u allow the movers to make desesionsTherefor the insecure comment was uncalled forAll storage moves are monitored by me , when coming into the wharehouse Therefor some details fell throu the crack and mistakes were made. One storage crate was labeled incorrectly and the inventory allowed us to correct the situation Whin in 2-days we took an extra trip to Houston to deliver the rest of his itemsAnd a matter of fact Mr *** was not even presentI have since then relocated plus customers as large or larger than Mr ***s house hold goods. Every single customer was more than happyIt's pretty obvious the biggest problem was that I was in the hospitalThe complaints and recommendations speak for them selfMr *** sent his letter on 12/30/I have days to resolve this claim and will do so

Dear [redacted],
I read Mr. [redacted]’s reply which is he will compensate me for my lost items, damaged items, and extreme inconveniences he and his staff put us through.  I also read where he states he was in the hospital which he says is not excuse then later says that is why the problem occurred.  Mr. [redacted] also states he will compensate us within 90 days from 30 Dec 13.  I accept Mr. [redacted]’s resolution only if he meets the compensation in the amount I quoted your office and by the time frame Mr. [redacted] stated.  Anything else further demonstrates his lack of professionalism, quality service, and customer service.
I take exception to Mr. [redacted]’s comment about the quality of his service because of how he handled his business with me.  As I told him and his wife, I understand emergency situations such as going into the hospital.  But what Mr. [redacted] ignores is how he and his company handled my move during the whole time, which happened mostly after the hospital stay.  My attempts to communicate with him and his non-responses definitely show lack of customer concern.  As for his comment about me not being there is totally uncalled for as my wife was there.  He does not comment how I waited different three days for his crew to show up at scheduled times they rescheduled and missed each day.  He also omitted the fact he told me he would come to see me three times and didn’t.    
So let it be clear, I accept his reply for resolution only if he meets it as stated earlier.  I will wait to hear from Mr. [redacted] by 30 Mar 14 or sooner (which will surprise me if that happens).  I expect the Revdex.com to annotate Mr. [redacted]’s Revdex.com rating accordingly should he not meet the resolution.
