Review: I went to this store, Gift depot, [redacted] to get a gift right before Valentine's day, on February **, 2014. I saw a modern vase which I liked. I asked for a price as it had no price on it. The price offered to me was one hundred dollars in cash. I took the vase and asked to place it in a box which they obtained from its stock room but not original one. The receipt was not issued to me. I left the store.On February **, 2014 the vase purchased in this store decorated our home. Same evening, with very close look at it, we noted that a vase had a crack on it. On Monday, February **, I went to the store to show the crack in order to exchange or get a refund. There were two others employees who said to me that my vase will not be refunded either exchanged. I asked for the owner and business license to report. They replied that the owner will be the following day then I need to speak with him. I went to this store the following day, February **. There was a Russian male and young Russian female, who refused to exchange and refunded me for a crack vase. However, they acknowledged, that a vase was purchased in this store. They also asked me if I have a receipt. I said that I was not given one. They said they can have one for me, but did not give me. I asked the male if he is an owner of this store. He said that the owner left and I need to try another day. At this point I returned to this store twice and have no result and I left with a crack vase. Therefore, I would like to get a full refund plus 6 dollars for gas to my car and 7 quarters for metering, which brings a total of $107.75.Desired Settlement: Therefore, I would like to get a full refund plus 6 dollars for gas to my car and 7 quarters for metering, which brings a total of $107.75.

Review: I hire this company in good faith. and we agreed on a price to move me from Brooklyn, NY to Elizabeth, NJ

When they arrived, they DEMANDED 3x the amount we agreed upon and confiscated my belongings .

They demanded that I go to the ATM and give them the money or they would keep my things on the truck....

After I went to the ATM to get the money....they dump my sofa in the front lobby and other belongs and left...they did not bring up my stuffDesired Settlement: $900.00
