Yes she did stay in room# ** however when she logged the complain she only had days remaining on her rent and even then we personally paid for her room to stay at another hotel and after she left we got the room inspected and found nothing in the room and several customers have since stayed in
that room and have not logged any complain about the bugsAlso when she stayed in the room she had like 5-people in her room constantly and others were always complaining about her all the time
She was already given a $refund so she is lying about thatAlso the website she is referring to is NOT associated with Red Cedar Lodge and we are not able to take down the website and the owner that does control the website is no where to be found so we are not sure how to even take further
actions however as we said the wifi money was refunded to her because she claimed that the wifi was not working for her (however no one else seemed to have this problem on a daily base)
