First of all we do excellent work and warranty our work when required without hesitationThere are obviously some missing facts and I will clarify them.We have no doubt there was an issue with the latch that was installed at this location, however someone at this place of business called a different company and had this latch replaced and it WAS NOT our companyWe know this because when this company called to complain about someone taking a lock and not returning we sent a technician to the site and were informed what had transpiredSo when he says someone came and took the lock he is correct, but we DID NOT take itI cannot warranty another persons work either, that is not how this worksAlso no one seems to know where the supposed broken part is which means I cannot return it or deal with itHad they called us for the issue I have no doubt we would not be going through this processOur company has an impeccable record over the last plus years.So at this point I do see how we can be expected to refund monies when they called someone else to fix this without first calling Red Deer Lock & Safe LtdRegards, [redacted] - PresidentRed Deer Lock & Safe Ltd

I am rejecting this response because: IT NOT FAIR FOR US. THE TRUE IS THEY TOOK $372.75 FROM US AND WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE /PRODUCT THEY PROVIDE. IF WE PAY MONEY FOR SOME SERVICE/PRODUCT, WE EXPECT THE QUALITY AS WE PAID. WE CALLED OTHER SERVICE GUY BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT AT THE SAME DAY. THEY ADMIT THE PART OF THE LOCK IS BROKE, SO WHY THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE US THE REFUND??
