Thank youI appreciate the responseI did contact many times before I had to deal with Revdex.com and never got a response back

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:My former employment has nothing to do with my complaint, nor does my submitting of a resume as I was suggested by the sales manager to do soThe detail was completed and to a poor standard of which I will be taking up with *** later today and I was not offered a "paint pen touch up" and *** tried to tell me that they weren't even going to detail my truck, I had to complain furather about that to even see it completedI received cash back because I traded in a vehicle that was worth more than the one I purchased, which still also has nothing to do with why there is no paper evidence of the agreement to fix the damage to the vehicle. I am new to buying used vehicles and clearly *** knew this, I had no idea that the yellow paper was suppose to have the terms of the sale written on this and they appeared to have left off the original agreement in hopes I would not noticeI have witnesses to what terms were agreed upon as well as my sales person who sat down with a piece of paper and wrote down all the work that I needed to have done to be satisfied enough with this deal to trade in my vehicle. The lack of professionalism in customer satisfaction is unbelievable and in order for me, the customer, to be satisfiedI want what was agreed upon in person and written down to be completedAnything less is unacceptable and outrageous for *** to try to deny.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Hello, my name is *** ***I am the Compliance Officer for *** Automotive GroupI am responding the complaint #***.I have reviewed the files/Sales Jackets associated with this complaint in QuestionThe purchase and "trade in" are all documented from the complainantThe
customer/complainant received a fair documented deal on his trade in and new purchaseThe complainant even received a "cash Back of $6000.00" on the final dealThe customer was promised a "vehicle clean" which was completed on July 12, and was offered a "toupen" as wellThere was no written agreement on the Bill of Sale or any other document where we were to provide a vehicle cleaning and a toupenHowever we provided the service into the dealThe complainant was an ex-employee and even submitted a resume to our store for future employment when the deal was finalized. We wish to ensure all our customers are happy after the final dealI am unsure of what this customer expected or what the final outcome he wishes? However we will keep the lines of communication open if the complainant is seeking some other form of correction regarding this file. regards *** ***Compliance Officer*** Automotive Group ***@***

This consumer originally came into the Dealership on April 16, 2016 and purchased a [redacted]- the worksheet price with their...

signature shows that the price was $17998.00 plus taxes and fee's. Documents were signed at that time but were pending credit approval. Unfortunately the customer was unable to get approved in their own name so the Dealership asked for a co-signor which the customer provided. Documents were re-signed with the co-signor on April 30, 2016 for a selling price of $16998.00 plus taxes and fee's as the dealership lowered the price to meet the terms of the approval. The vehicle was delivered again pending the customer providing us with receipt of registration and insurance as per the bank approval which to date they have not done so the bank has still not paid us for the vehicle. The customer did bring the vehicle to our service department reporting a check engine light was on however it was not on at the time and a scan of the vehicle showed no codes generated so we are unable to diagnose. The customer was asked to bring the vehicle back in if the Check Engine light comes on again as this is something that needs to be diagnosed when the light is on. After receiving this complaint on May 5, 2016 we attempted to contact the customer, when unable to reach we contact the co-signor, apologized, offered to cover the cost of the second registration and offered to take the car back and refund their money. The co-signor - the client got extremely upset, swearing, and threatening the manager of the dealership with bodily harm. Shortly after that conversation we received a phone call from the customer who apologized, stated she would get us the information necessary to get paid for the vehicle and that she wanted to keep the vehicle. We reviewed with her the pricing and what to do in the event the check engine light came on again. Copies of the documentation showing that the price did not increase but actually decreased will be provided to the Revdex.com as part of this response. At this time we feel the issue has been rectified.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As you will notice from my record of contacts, Mr. P[redacted] knew of my complaints from the day after the documents were signed. Contact I have had with this man has not produced any satisfactory outcome for me as a customer.
Again, you will notice by my record of contacts with Red Deer Mitsubishi, I was just wondering around their lot, while waiting for an oil change to be done. I did ask for prices on a couple older trucks. I had been told by the 2 different sales people that Red Deer Mitsubishi should be able to do something for me to straighten out what had happened.
When I told them that I couldn't afford more than $400.00 per month, Red Deer Mitsubishi tried again to put payments at $400.00 bi-weekly, and when I caught them, MR P[redacted] just walked away. (the same thing they did in January)
Referring to my record of contact, Red Deer Mitsubishi will not do anything for me, and as in the past there is NO point me contacting or meeting with MR P[redacted].
MR P[redacted] is skirting around the main issue that is: Their salesman lied to me continually and sold me a 4 cylinder vehicle when the salesman adamantly told me it was a V6.
THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION THE DAY AFTER THE SALE TOOK PLACE, AND ON NUMEROUS OTHER OCCASIONS. If MR P[redacted] says he hadn't heard about this, he has a very bad memory.
